I love this app and it's referral program. But the only problem I have is that i wish there was more studies I could sign up for closer to my city, but I'm sure as the app grows there will be more studies closer to me added. Also, the 1st 2 payouts were instant and that's my fav about this app but I have 6 more payouts in queue and been there for 2 days :( not instant like the first 2.

I reinstalled the app on my phone and can't log in. When I enter my phone number, a message says an account already exists, enter a different number. I don't have a different number. There is no log in button. It doesn't work signing in via Google and Facebook. I am not driving all the way to downtown LA again when I can't access my payment.

Can't complete my profile, "An internal error occured during your request. Please try again later." This has been happening for months and I figured with the newly revamped ui it might actually work this time. I figured wrong.

Panelists of Velocity Clinical Research, BEWARE about your compensation downloads when using the Vision Engage App. Expect waiting a week, endless excuses of why payment hasn't been downloaded, and of course just give up and chaulk it up as a loss, which means LESS FOR YOU and MORE FOR THEM.

This is terrible. I am already registered. There’s nowhere in this app for me to sign in when I try to do it. It says you’re already registered. Use a different address or phone number I do want to do clinical trials but how in the hell do I get registered properly? If this is something that has to be doneif I don’t need to do it because I’m already registered that’s great, but I haven’t heard from anybody there since I registered

I have done trail studies for velocity. They are legit and on the up and up. I never had a problem being paid. They are very respectful and professional. I recommend velocity to anyone looking to earn a few dollars and contribute to research studies for our future health care. I'm very pleased with velocity.
