Updated from 3 stars to one. Shortly after last update can't get it to connect or work at all. Won't connect locally, just goes back and forth from not being able to connect remotely because it isn't connected locally. Update 6/26/2023: It's been nearly a month since the app stopped working still no fix. I have sent 3 screen recordings showing what it is doing, and there has been an update but still not working. Please fix?

I get reliable connections by bluetooth and by internet wifi. I did have a major problem in that the app would allow the floorplan of my motorcoach. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and cleared the cache multiple times. Still would not let me have the right floorplan. Support and service from Firefly was good, but still could not get the right floorplan. Finally, I decided to power down the phone (android) and reboot it. That did the trick. Works fine now.

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and grey tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.

>>> UpDate 27May2021: After a phone call from FireFly Int. Tech Support, I agreed to see if the new module/app would work predicated upon me being told that a problem with a server had been rectified. This fine morning, we attempted to connect locally (bluetooth) through the Vegatouch Eclipse app and son-of-a-gun.... it worked... perfectly! I then connected the module to our RV only dedicated Samsung cell phone hot spot. I then walked away from our 5th wheel a few hundred yards to see if the remote connection worked through the Vegatouch Eclipse app on my Samsung Note 10+ and... it also worked! So, all is now good with the RV World. And, as I said I would, I have changed my rating to 5 stars and would give this the same excellent/recommendation that we had given for the Vegatouch Mira module/application.<<< A12 through itComplete frustration. Previous module/application worked. Eclipse version does not and no informationis provided to indicate what is wrong and what is being done to rectify the not working hardware and/or application.

In our experience, we could only use the software on one device. We download both the Android and IOS versions but only one would work at a time. If it worked on an IPAD it would not work on an Android phone. It appears that the system allows only one authentication at a time. We got the system to monitor our motorhome remotely and the software does it well but for us on only one device.

Terrible App...we have a 2022 Fleetwood Discovery and I use a Google Pixel android phone. No matter what I try, I can't get the app to find my Vegatouch system, so it is entirely useless. I can connect with an iPhone, but I am an android user. The android app won't find the system.

After a long time of issues with the Vegatouch app, probably having specific issues with my phone and android, the new Eclipse module seems to work perfectly, both remotely over Wi-Fi and locally with Bluetooth. Thank you Firefly team for this new product and approach to controlling our Verona 36VSB! I'll revisit after a month and maybe give it five stars.

Local connection works flawlessly. The "connect remotely" function does not work as per tech support - "Due to the increased number of Eclipse modules that are being distributed today, Firefly has encountered unexpected issue with our servers and their ability to provide continuous connection for uses. Currently we are estimating the Eclipse module to be fully operational again providing outstanding and reliable service by the end of December 2021. Until then all payments have been suspended."
