When I first started playing l was like YIKES! I was cooking with fish grease! I made it All the way up to $350 billion! Then I started losing fast very fast! The game caters to all ethnicities all over the world, so it isn't race bias! But! I'm pretty sure the extra paid for perks has a lot to do with better hands and river run outs! I'm a pretty savvy poker player, but I know when a game is putting others on certain hands that I could easily beat. Free chips and bonuses are great tho. 😎

Update: 6/24/23 Well, they changed the algorithm so unless you play 'bingo' or all-in, you lose. Also, I noticed my friends who buy chip's are all doing well and I kept losing from 4 T to 400 B !!! I tried to give this app a chance but it never came around so I've uninstalled it. When you first play you win a lot, then after you get some money built up you meet up with some bots team players and you lose no matter what you do you lose! Not a legitimate app that I would recommend

Free play gets big resistance from the house,unbelievable beats time time after time when holding very strong hands. The house seems to favor other players, maybe the ones who actually pay to play.

total scam. they even lie about how many players are logged on, many long time players have left. they shut site down for scheduled maintenance yet nothing changes other then how the algorithm favors velo itself, other poker apps at least add features with those scheduled maintenances but nothing ever changes with velo. please never buy chips to play velo, not from velo and not from other players. Now they come here with fake names to post positive reviews as well. nothing about velo is honest.

It's a good app. I took a year gap and came back last month. Been playing continuously during that time. I got to meet lots of my old buddies and made some new ones too. Which is great. But the app itself keeps crashing or freezing. And sometimes can't login atall. If velo sorts this out I'll give it 5 star. But for now just 3.

Seemed normal like every other online poker game...same people going all in everytime no matter the hand dealt. Now after the update, I've never seen so many 4 of kind, straights, and 3 of kind hands. Absolutely ridiculous how easy it is to lose with decent cards dealt. Someone goes all in with a 2-6 off suit, expect them to get a straight. Someone has a 4-J, expect a 3 of kind. Don't know what the devs did, but reverse it.

It crashed after 2 min. After restart it worked for another 10 min, then crashed (froze) again. The play is not realistic, you play against bots that are 50% all-in. That's not how real poker works. After 20 min, uninstalled the app.

At first, the game seemed like it didn't want me to play.lol The first 6 or 7 hands were losers. Then she(game) started dealing better hands. I was able to hit 4 of a kind. Playing 200,000$ a hand makes the pot a giant win. Some of the losing hands were hard to understand why I lost couldn't understand the side bets. Just need to slow the game down by reading game Instructions better.
