The Veridium Biometric Authenticator app works with VeridiumID to provide strong authentication and convenient login to corporate environments such as Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, VPN services that use RADIUS, and SAML-enabled web applications. The app lets you verify your identity using Veridium’s 4 Fingers TouchlessID technology or a native biometric built into your smartphone. Veridium’s single-step multi-factor biometric authentication eliminates your organization’s reliance on passwords or can be used as a second factor to replace hard or soft tokens.

this app is a bit counter intuitive, because it does not tell you before trying to attempt a log in that you need to re-enroll you device due to changed biometrics. Second thing is that it does not have an option to adjust the camere focus while scanning a qr code, so you have retry it until it gets it right; might be different on other phones, but adjusting focus for a qr scanner is a really basic feature.

when it works well, it is great! When the fingerprint sensor does not recognize you after three tries, the authorization is revoked and your profile is deleted. Now comes the fun part. Now you have to try to enroll your phone again and that process appears to be flawed.

I have Android version 8.0.0 installed on my phone and can't get past the step to scan the QR code because my OS is not compatible. The prerequisite for this app is Android version 6.0 and up so it's a complete lie that this is the minimum. How unprofessional to mislead users like this.

The app does not support a fallback to device-PIN entry without fingerprint-auth when the fingerprint sensor does not want to recognize your fingers anymore (Offline QR case). Having it would not decrease security at all, as one can add a new fingerprint to Android just by knowing the device-PIN...

The app kept failing to bind my corporate account with my Samsung note 10 - it lost/deleted my account info each time after I closed this app, and I would have to bother ny colleagues to re-enroll again and again. Also if my fingerprint was not recognized for three tines, my info was deleted as well. Trash app indeed and extremely exhausting.

Please get rid of the long start animation (or let users configure it via options) which becomes tedious after you have to wait for it a few times a day. App works with Pixel 2 and Android 10, no problems yet.

the program is tough to get going due to internal security controls. when it works, it is great but it occasionally forgets who you are forcing you to re-enroll as a new user again and again. it's happened twice today alone....

Could be 5 star if.... 1. The login delay was not there, or kept only fraction of a second. 2. The biometric authentication was done the moment app is opened, right now it is done after scanning the qr code.
