Extremely disappointing account features. No ease of use. No Online support or bill payment options. There are better cards out there that report to all three credit burrow's to help build credit. This card is easy to get regardless of credit score, however you have to pay exorbitant fees to even set up the account. Credit is credit. There shouldn't be a pre=pay term for use or activation. Annual fees should be paid on anniversary dates not up front.

Complete Fraud. After you pay the program fee, the card is worthless and there is no record of you having an account. Google PlayStore should ban this.

The absolute worst credit card company I've ever dealt with. My account was restricted by Revvi for "suspected fraudulent activity". It's going on 5 days now that I've been trying to get my card unlocked. No one in customer support has been able to help in any way whatsoever. It's a complete waste of time even calling customer support. The supervisors are just as incompetent as the representatives are. I would never recommend this credit card to anyone PERIOD! Don't even deserve 1 star rating

I have had my Revvi Card for 6+ months now, and I really like the ability to use it where ever I go. However, the login biometrics is really annoying, it will register a finger print, or facial recognition, then everytime I will have to re-enroll for biometrics.. Also making payment, once payment is submitted, you can NOT make another payment for another 5-7 days

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. I'm experience the multiple log in after I've set it up. Also having issues with trying to make payments also. I thought that if I went to their website it would be easier to setup payments, but I was wrong the only thing that's on their website is to apply for their credit card. They need to get it together.

This is the worst card I ever had the misfortune to be associated with. By the looks of the responses from Revvi, they really don't care about changing anything. Yes, the problems are still persisting and you haven't gotten better at customer service nor card features and usability! There are so many issues I can't list them all, but helping your customer use their card once they finally get it should be a top priority. I finally got my card after reporting it lost/stolen and can't even use it!

This card is horrible and so is customer service....it declines every other transaction with full credit amount available. There's never a solution. Ill be paying off what I have used and taking a loss on the $95 fee. But everyone needs to know there are better cards out there and this was definitely a mistake on my part.

Biometrics are working for me without issues the past 30 days! Only rating 4 stars, because I was told after I paid my program fee of $95 my availabe credit would be $225, but it's only $196, and because there's no current payment due, I am unable to pay the $104 to get it back to full credit.....other than that, the app works great! I even set up the MyCCPay, just in case I start experiencing problems like the other reviewers! Maybe Revvi seen the reviews and fixed the bug with the biometrics?
