Before the most recent update, Joii was FANTASTIC. Incredibly good. Now it bugs out a bunch, waiting times have massively increased, when it reaches "next in line" I wait 20 mins just for the app to get confused. The ETA seems to be completely wrong, I'm unable to cancel once I'm past the time it thinks I should be called at, despite the fact it is never correct. it is super frustrating & impossible to know when I'm going to get rung, especially when I'm calling and am worried about my pet.

Really buggy and doesn't work properly. Trust me I work in software. I literally couldn't get the app to work when my dog needed an urgent video call with a vet. After contacting them they simply told me they would look into the issue and never got back to me. I called and emailed and messaged so many times I couldn't count. Absolutely no resolve whatsoever. A few weeks ago I got an email simply reminding me that they will give me a response about the issues and of course I haven't received.

This was a brilliant app and service, but with the latest update it is completely broken. I can login, but now there's no way of initiating a call or doing anything else, it just constantly throws up an error message.

The old app was great but this one simply doesn't work. I'm in an endless loop of logging in, being directed to the update your details page then being auto logged out. I have an online appointment but can't get anywhere. Bring back the old app or fix the new one!!!

Since the most recent update, I cannot use the app. I get an error 504 code every single time. No chance of me entering the competition because I simply cannot access the notification. Before the update, it was excellent, please revert it back to that as now it doesn't work.

Absolutely fantastic no fuss or a thousand questions to answer I made a claim it was paid out straight away. I would definitely recommend they're a life saver
