Hi, I appreciate V Guard is putting efforts to improve their mobile application. Requesting you to pls consider below also #1. It will be great if we can see what time exactly main AC power has disconnected. Instead of just showing no. of count as number with total duration in minutes. #2. We need notification immediately once main AC power got disconnected even in mobile application. Like sound & pop up notification with disable/mute option. Pls incorporate these above two features.

Very difficult to reconfigure the ups I've a smart pro 1200 S , so while I'm trying to reconfigure the ups it goes to default flat type battery setting and asking the user to change to tubular (which is what in use ),but I'm not able to turn off the switch in the app and the change the settings, the switch is disable. Would be better to fix these issues in both old and the new 2.0 app

Inconvenience due to app flaw, I am using an V guard hybrid smart pro 1200s Inverter and don't have solar panels connected as of now. However in reserve power settings it turns on daytime load usage which turns off the inverter (only load) and we are unaware unless there is power cut and no inverter power since it's off and I cannot even connect to it and turn on as my wifi is also connected to inverter. I will have to go out near inverter trying to connect using Bluetooth. Kindly correct.

Taking time to connect using Bluetooth. Also if we need use in two devices at home, we need to log in each time.. Not upto expectations compared to old application ie V guard smart previous version

I cant connect to my pebble geyser using wifi, and bluetooth pairing/connectivity is also poor compared to old app. Also alexa is not able to connect to the geyser, even after following the alexa setup.

i am not able to add my inverter in this app. its asking to scan qr code of the cover which i dont have. the qr codes in the inverter is showing invalid ☹️. it was working in the previous version app. Thats dissapointing ☹️ Can any one please help?

Improvement and feedback In ac mode when I am turning On a message that ask for confirmation is wrong...it is saying that do you wish to turn off (even for turn on) + If I am wishing not to see this dialoge box (Confirmation dilogue box for ON and OFF AC) kindly add a checkbox to tick (Don't ask again if you tick it) Means I don't wish to see that dialoge message to confirm on or off my ac... Kindly improve this in next update.

Old Version was good, In this of this app is unablity to configure any v gard invertor. At last my both of them invertor not be connected after 3 year of use. 1st time i am facing this type of issues. Very bad experience, in v gard version 2 app.
