The app is fine. Could use some stability updates, but it lets me do my job. It's actually pretty sad that there's so many complaints from technicians since it's kind of our job to troubleshoot technology related things. I have zero issues with mine when I close it out completely after I complete a job. You could also just set it in developer settings to close apps whenever you open more than 3 apps.

worse app I ever use , keep on freezing and to take a photo will take 3 minutes just to open the camera and 3 more to shoot the photo

Absolute trash, you have to restart the app at least 10 times to activate a single job. Then it takes at least 3 business days to register any touch input in the app not to mention it can decide if the app sees internet or not which affects how the app activates and moves forward. The literal only positive thing is that the layout is fine.

Version 1.39.1 is absolute garbage. Have had to call in everytime to activate on an installation. Sent in data logs everytime. The app does not register the steps when you're pointing and peaking and fails the qoi because of it.

The developer should test the app before releasing it. Sometimes you can add products Sometimes you cant.
