It's a little temperamental just like any Chinese made app for Chinese made hardware. Sometimes it connects. Sometimes it takes longer. The back camera started skitzing out but corrected itself. But as far as the app itself is concerned, no real huge problems with it, but it does take an awfully long time to download a small video. Some of the translation to English is kind of left up to interpretation.

Recording stops and no capability of continuous recording. It has not many features on this dash cam. The wifi disconnect automatically. Which is I don't like and planning to retirn thos product. The camera setting is fixed, but there is not much feature to choose from. Not recommending this product for a person that got used to DDpai product.

So far, no problems work great. I had to figure out how to connect my phone with the dash camera, which works great. It's pretty cool to watch live recording from my phone. I just wish the wifi stayed on rather than having to reconnect every time. People can view the clips on your phone. You just have to stay connected with the camera wifi or take the SD card and get an SD card reader and download the video to your desktop or laptop.

This was the best app I've ever had for dashcams .. super fast download, unlike some name brands that took 10 minutes to dl one 3 minute video ... can perform all the actions through the app .. Too bad the camera was junk .. would just stop recording sometimes, even when the plug had continuous power ... has 4 views-- front, rear, inside left, inside right ... but when you lock it, it only saved 2 views! Or sometimes it wouldn't e Can't have one without the other, so deleting this app.

I've been using the app for like a couple weeks and so far I think it works relatively good. I had some issues with the camera not showing up in my list of wifi available. It didn't take long messing with the camera to go in settings and see the wifi somehow won't open becuz it was off. I turned it back on and had no more issues since.

I guess I must have gotten this app late in the process. Cuz I guess they fixed all the bugs or whatever it is. It does take a second to get the gist of what they're saying if you're not some kind of tech expert. But I did all the little corks that this thing comes with and it works pretty well. Especially the quality of the video is pretty damn ridiculous. I hope your experiences are maybe a smidge better than mine, but in the end the result is the same as mine where everything works. The picture quality on the videos they're taking is excellent. However the video doesn't record every trip that I make. And when the rear cameras supposed to be recording simultaneously with the front camera it doesn't. I made a whole trip assuming it was recording. Thankfully nothing happened otherwise I wouldn't have had any video to safeguard myself.

I hope the developers look at this. Few things that would make the app a much better user experience: 1. When downloading the videos recorded by the dashcam, we have to stay on the same page until the download is complete. It would be very convenient to let the video download in the background. 2. I wish we could view the dashcam on any wifi rather than connecting to the dashcam's wifi, that would be a game changer. 3. There is no option to fast forward or rewind. Overall app is pretty nice.
