Transport Malta through this app can reach the end users in providing real time information on traffic flow, reporting of accidents and notify end users on any road works underway. The App will be using the device’s current location to load Transport related information in the vicinity, and load additional geospatial data available ie TenT Network, Charging Pillars location, Cycle Lanes, Accident Locations and Roadworks. The map incorporates real-time traffic updates, ensuring that users are aware of any delays or congestions on their routes. This realtime information is directly provided and verified by the Control Centre of Transport Malta. Users can view colour-coded overlays on the map provided by Google Map, indicating the possible current traffic conditions and potential areas of congestion. Users can also utilise the App to notify the Control Centre on heavy traffic and any accidents.

The visual refresh is appreciated, however with some critical omissions from previous versions. The option to report vehicle emissions is not present in this new version, neither is the 'Report an issue' feature, even though the FAQ section mentions it - reports are currently limited to accidents and heavy traffic. Charging locations and cycle routes in Gozo are currently nonexistent, hopefully with updates in the near future

I downloaded the app recently, seemed very good but today although I'm getting today's notifications I can't open them up, when I do open up the app, all I can see are yesterday's notifications. I've just uninstalled it and reinstalled it but no change, I'm still seeing yesterday's notifications.

Why does it have the Highway Code of the UK and not for Malta? Speed is in mph and distances are in yards and miles. We moved to metric over 40 years ago.
