Ok, they've updated the app several times since my last review. It is so much better and works well now. The payments were going through at bank, but the company had no record and made you try to resolve their faulty system issues. Don't know what they did, but it's all fixed now. Good job!👍🏼

I think the payment through this app is not properly programmed and linked with the system. I paid using credit card on 2 Feb 21. It was said error then I paid again. From bank info, these transactions are executed on 8 Feb but I didn't see in the payment history in the app. I just got sms from Kahramaa on 1 Mar for these payments (delayed almost 1 month).

Very poor outdated app. Not smart at all. Takes ages to perform a sime task. I have been trying to apply for a move in to nee property but for the whole morning it did not work and keep restarting or returning me to the very beginning. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but did not start up after that. Qatar deserves a better app.

not at all good customer service .very bad I had issues regarding electricity meter reading yet now not solved properly . more than oneyears and Eight month. from dec 2022 till last month correct meter reading is not updated in bill.once complaint they try to say something do that this mail to customers service they will reply call customer service etc.. no use in writing this my waste of my time.for my sake I am doing

Always stuck to loading screen every time I'm doing payment. You need to restart several times and pray it continues. And yes, I just updated the app and that problem persists.
