My wife was so excited for us to use/play. At home, it connects and then disconnects. When im on the road she'll message to play , guess what it won't connect at all , even though it's supposed to so yes it's a waste

I had no connection problems with my device. The initial connection was almost instantly. My favorite feature is being able to create my own rhythms. I did not use the connection with other users so i cannot comment on that.

Not impressed. The app disconnects again and again. I'm nearsighted, and prefer not to wear glasses in bed, so to read the screen I move my phone close to my face. And it's disconnected. Again. It's slightly better when my phone is quite close to the device, but even then it disconnects. It should be possible to control inside and outside vibrators separately. The preset patterns should be possible to run faster and slower. Same for custom mode. It switches off and disconnects when I clench.

Doesn't work as it should! Connecting to the phone when at any level between 40-50% and 75% it will turn device off. Above or below and it will run connected no problem. Makes nearly all the wireless features worthless. Tried contacting help line but default reply of reinstall the app that does not solve the problem. Trying to return as must be faulty but get no reply or help from them! Complete waste of money for what it supposed to be. Don't waste your money if you're thinking of getting one.

Constantly disconnects and says you left the chat when you didn't. After being disconnected to open a new chat room you have completely exit the app or it just sits and thinks forever. Fix the connection issues and it will be much better. Having a video option and the ability to make and save patterns would be great as well.

This app I connect the voice voice is vibrating my lush but when I leave the lotion app to home screen and I make an noise so it can continue vibrating it stop when I come back to the app and make noise it starts vibrating again please I want it to vibrate even when am not on the app I want to connect it to an streaming app call tango so if I get coins gift it will vibrate

We expected a more professional program. The app opens whenever I connect any other bluetooth device (headphones or earphones) with no reason. It is very annoying that the app took the quick button settinga from my devices. Whenever I try to listen to music and press the dedicated button on my earphone the app lauches itself. Is there any chance to solve this issue please?

It works & connects thats all. No function in app are been operated. Continuous vibration happens. Device gets heated in 7-9mins. requires high speed network, doesn't operates in low or average net speed. for creating a room it takes to long. After entering password it hold round 1-2mins or more. even after that no response comes, like weather connected or not. if even screen is locked the connection breaks. I am regretting,buying this product mobile devices are Oneplus 5t & Realme X2 pro.
