Thanks for fixing the map problem with the Evo cars disappearing after booking. Idk if it was fixed but after booking a car twice, the app would lock you out of booking it. Even if you were standing right in front of an evo available on the street it wouldnt let you card tap to unlock it. This was a feature car2go had that was useful. Would be great if Evo could adopt. Also please fix the volume of the voice in the cars. Idk if this recently changed but it became so loud and jarring. :/

The app does not immediately update the cars displayed so you end up trying to book a car when it's already booked. You also cannot set up a radar to ping yourself when a car is available. Quite frankly one of the worst apps I've ever used.... I actually have to repeatedly open and close the app most times to ensure that I get the correct list of cars. The worst part is, the app always seem to log me out for no apparent reason. I lose a car because I get kicked out

Good customer service, but the app almost never works. Most of the time it can't find cars and just shows a blank map, the other times it will reserve a car without letting you unlock it. Update: Using features like setting an alert for nearby cars crashes app. Update 2: Evo is still the one app that consistently sucks. Using this app is making me want to buy a car. It always crashes or lags and takes forever to work.

The radar function is gone :( Also, the app now needs GPS to determine the location. Why don't you use Wifi location or better yet, lastKnowLocation() Android API and let the user decide how they want to provide their location info? I do not see any promised big improvements, to be honest. The UI looks slightly slicker, but that is fairly minor. Luckily, the service itself is much better than the app! Update: I do not see how the response addresses my two points above. Will the radar function be back? Will the location problem be fixed? Update 2: The app still requires real GPS (high accuracy mode) and does not accept Wifi and Mobile locations (Battery saving mode), as it used to do in the past and as most apps do. Thanks for looking into that!

Terrible app. It forces me to sign back in every time I want to reserve a car and most of the time I have to reset my password. However, the reset email never actually sends. I just called both support lines for help and got some spammy message that was talking about winning a cruise and resetting the voice message. Also, by the time I usually figure all of the password shenanigans out, the car I want is gone. About to delete the app, it shouldn't be this hard to give you my money.

glitchy. doesn't update car locations, so you try to book something and its not there. automacally goes into stopover mode even better if you use the keys to lock the car. Sometimes, you can't end the trip but it won't tell you why. Pretty average app at best, super frustrating when you are in a hurry and it glitches.

The experience is buggy. It never lets me end a trip, it always says that the key is in the car....but there is no key. Called customer support, they just said "it happens". Also very bad policy to charge users for the time they spend filling up on gas, require them to fill out an email, and then only reimburse them "within a few weeks". This means there is a negative incentive to refuel and lots of cars are close to empty. I like ride shares but some of these policies and the app need work.

App has improved in the last few months. It has only a fraction of glitches it used to. GPS locator is precise, app is quite easy to use. My only issues are with the stopover function taking too long to unlock the vehicle and continue the trip. And for the radar function: search area defaults to a Cambie street address. Would be helpful if user could chose their own default iE "Home" or "Current Location", and the ability to save choice of vehicles to default setting as well. Recommended.
