The app does have ads that are annoying as others have mentioned here. My biggest complaint is that you can't change the clock to a digital 12 hour format, only 24 hour, which seems like the easiest thing to fix with a software update. Also, the weather doesn't refresh so it's basically useless. A few more watch faces would be nice but otherwise the app seems to work ok if not for it's lack of features. I would love to see software patches and upgrades.

The App is fine but it is not friendly to find all the configuration options. The help menu has to be improved. The WhatsApp, SMS message synchronization is not simple and not working properly. The WatchFaces are not great and very few free faces. The bare minimum WatchFaces should be supported by this App. For an example Time 12Hrs big size, full date and day. Additionally the calories, steps, Temp etc would be additional added advantage. These should be configurable to a specific slot. Also, one more time of different timezone will be good. I am eagerly waiting for the new release with additional features. Wish you all good luck for your great work.

My biggest gripe about this is the watch faces. So many of them have dancing dogs or spinning astronauts or something like that. There are a lot of animations and cartoons, but no real "serious" faces. Is this for kids? I can't imagine an adult getting excited about a cartoon face of a superhero blinking and doing something (whistling?), or a sheep walking and spinning. If this is something I'm looking at continually, I want it to be useful, not "cute". Also, the "better" ones are premium, so you have to pay for them. If you took 10-20 faces and were able to somehow combine different aspects of them into 1, it would be pretty good, but you can't do that. I've been looking for a way to side-load faces but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. I have the Bakeey I29, and the "Raise to Wake" feature is horrible, so I turned it off on the watch. Then I noticed the watch turning on and looked and that feature was back on, so I turned it off again. This kept going on and on and on and I got frustrated with the watch for not keeping it off. Turns out, it's a setting in the phone app you have to turn off, if you do it on the phone, the app will override it. This is a Chinese app and it has a lot of things that are either not translated, or mistranslated ("loading desperately"?). There's a notification on my phone that just pops up every once in a while that is in Chinese. I can't read Chinese. I had to do a screenshot and use Google Translate to read it. It says "Step Counting Service Running". Why is it saying this? Tapping on it does nothing. The app also crashes frequently. I'm not sure where it gets the weather information, but it doesn't seem to be grounded in reality. It also doesn't seem to update the weather every hour like it should. I'm not sure if it's the app or the watch, but when I tap "Find device", my watch face lights up and buzzes *slightly*. My watch has a speaker, why isn't it continually screaming or something? Oh, and lots and lots of ads and pushes to get a "VIP membership" for more money. The notification apps are also lacking. You should be able to add apps that give notifications or customize notifications (I don't want every single GMail notification showing up, just certain ones).

LOTS of advertising, very poor software development, poorly translated to English. Very disappointed about the software and the watch faces, I can't any serious one that I could use, even if you pay $2 each. They is no instructions, no manual, and it's not intuitive to use. The use of the watch itself is cumbersome, and the displayed charts and information are fictitious. I don't recomend this to anyone.

"Network connection is abnormal." Will not allow the creation of an account on Android 10. I suspect this is caused by the fact that A10 does not allow the app to read your location unless it is in the foreground. Why do these fitness apps insist on harvesting all our data? What I want is simple - an app that allows me to read messages and notifications on my wrist.

This app is horrible, terrible, and awful all in one. The watch itself is very nice but because it has to operate through this app you couldn't tell. The app does not seem to keep connection with the watch so I have to constantly remove the app and redownload, it will unpair when it feels like it for no reason. At times everything will pair except for the phone capabilities (which is the main reason I needed the watch in the first place). This app does what it wants when it wants. Just a waste

Drawbacks: - lack of connectivity: no access to google calendar, FB messenger or signal, or phone alarms - limited watch face availability (most of them are a bit cringy) - weather app is a joke (outisde 4°C and rain, app says 12°C and sunny) - limited ability for software to be changed by the user - blutooth "call" automatically switches on while doing any sport and it blocks the use of bluetooth headphones Pros: - simplicity :) there's a lot of space to enhance the user's experience

Did not like at all. Took along time to get it to connect and even when it did, it didn't stay connected. The weather part didn't work, the step counter didn't even work properly because any time I moved my wrist it would count that as steps. Also the BPM on the main face of the watch doesn't work even after taking BPM through the little app on the watch. Pure waste of money for the watch and the app isn't all that better.
