No ticket scanner or rewards catalog anymore anywhere on the app. Under help, it tells how you should be able to find these, but unfortunately, they are not accurate anymore. I can see my points total but that is all. I can't redeem anymore tickets or use my points. Those are compeletly gone from the app now! I tried to send an email to the email address provided below and it was rejected! Please fix it!

Newest update is trash besides the ticket scanner but you have to find it by tapping where it should be but doesn't have the icon. Let me tell you when you do get it open it's 10x fast at scanning the tickets, no waiting for it to focus. Other than that it's very clumsy to use and it seems like you can only see the items you can get with points if you're not logged in. I wouldn't even go so far to say this could be considered a beta version. The company that was awarded this contract is a joke

I love that this app is available, and for the longest time it worked flawlessly. But since it was revamped I'm not so happy.I really like the newer layout, and I am happier with the prize options and their prices but even though I have the "remember me" box checked, it never does. But my bigger complain is that I can only work the app now because I know what button is where; many of them don't load, like the ticket scanner. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This REALLY needs fixed.

The new app is terrible! I don't understand why they had to mess with it, it worked fine (there were glitches quite often but it was still WAY better than this garbage app). You now have to login multiple times and it repeatedly tells you that it was unsuccessful, then when you can actually get on the app 90% of the stuff is gone, you can't even scan tickets anymore which also means you can't collect points, so what exactly is the point of this app now?!

Looks like the ticket scanner works again. Edit: no, it's broken again. No permission for camera so the scanner just doesn't show up. No message to update the permission, it just doesn't show it. If you go into Android apps and manually add the permissions, it works. Otherwise, it's just broken and you have no clue why.

When it's working, it is great but currently there is 80% of the features missing. For the last few weeks it was good and before that a month of it broken. Prior to whatever they are doing to it for updates, it was fine. Hope they get on it and make it reliable. Would like to have the scanner back

Terrible... since the update this app is completely worthless the ticket scanner never loads!!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still no luck!!! Probably shouldn't have messed with something that wasn't broken in the first place!!! Really wish you guys would have left well enough alone but since you didn't CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

Is it possible to get the old app back? This new one is garbage. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Why do I need to sign in every time I want to scan a ticket? I tried four times to add a game to my home screen and it never took, but WA lottery kept sending me emails saying I had made a change. I have uninstalled this useless app. 8/19/24: Latest update makes this already useless app complete garbage. Even after uninstalling and re-installing, items simply do not show up.
