Wild Apricot helps members to stay in touch with their associations, nonprofits and other member-based organizations. Using this app, you can:

• See a list of upcoming events and register for them.
• View the details of events you've signed up for.
• Find other members of your organization and contact them.

To use this app, your organization needs a Wild Apricot account, and needs to enable the mobile app within your organization's account settings. If you have any questions about this app, contact your organization's account administrator.

I have had trouble with this app since I loaded it. Keeps showing a screen that states "You are not connected to the internet"- but I am. Then getting off that screen takes me back out to a login screen where entering email and password does nothing, no "invalid xxx entered" even. I am uninstalling and hoping for the best, if a reinstall fixes, I will change my review. ETA: There has been a fix, I still find this app less intuitive or useful than others, but I will upgrade from 1 to 4 stars.

I'm unable to add events to my calendar using the "Add to calendar button". I get an error message saying "Can't find an application to process it". Customer support said it's a bug and they're working to fix it but there's no ETA yet. The app makes it easy for me to see what club events are coming up and it's also easy to sign up for them. But it's not very useful to me if I can't also add the events to my calendar.

This is a very useful app for our members. However it is lacking a major functionality when it comes to helping members be in contact with other members: It does not allow you to click a person's phone number and call them from the app. Seems pretty intuitive to want to do that. Unfortunately it isn't even possible to copy and paste the phone number to dial it. It is a feature in the Admin app so it seems like it should be doable in the Members app.Also, the website links are not active so you can NOT click a member's website in the app and go to their website. When the app describes itself as helping members be connected I would say just connecting via email but not phone and website is lacking 2 important capabilities.To the developers: I am curious to know if these enhancements are in the works or if you would consider adding them? I would give it 5 stars if it had these functions.

It works for what I need from it but would benefit from some improvements. Each time I click back it reloads the data. It becomes a very slow process to view multiple events. Adding the day of the week to dates would be helpful as even minimizing to view a calendar causes a refresh.

Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use it. Constantly showing "no internet connection" when there is a solid one. Been happening for atleast 6 months. Really frustrating 😕 Update 3 months later. STILL HAVE TO UNINSTALL THE APP EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I HAVE TO USE IT. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

My experience has been terrible!! Frequently tells me I'm not connected to the internet (when I am) then stalls & won't load info. Have followed earlier tips and also uninstalled/reinstalled several times but the problem always returns. Your feedback suggests updating - I have & the problem still remains. The app works for a day or so then insists I'm not connected to the internet or can't load my profile right now.

Bare bones, but gets the job done. Not sure how it matches the description "helps members stay in touch with member organizations." It's primarily a profile and event registration app, from my POV. That said: It would make more sense (for me) if it would open up on the Events page, not the member profile, as our events are what drives member participation. From a site manager approach, a pinned event would be helpful to drive app users to the main thing we want them to register for.

I have to continually uninstall and reinstall to get the app to work. I feequently get a message that I am unable to connect to the internet. It would be helpful if the app was personalised to the relevant audience. It is titled " Member App," which is a general title and not easy to find until you get used to it.
