App wont load at all, downloaded the app and all I get when attempting to login is a screen telling me theres a technical issue with reloading the page and to try again later, after 6 weeks of this I've given up, app is totally useless

Since changing phones I have been signed out and cannot get this app to work on my new phone, although it shows as being installed. I am not re giving any codes so assume they are going to my old phone, which I no longer have. HELP PLEASE

Downloaded app onto my new phone and cannot log into my account. Prompts me to enter email & password and then complete a captcha. Once the captcha is complete nothing happens. Can't move forward and if you close out, it takes you back to the password screen. Disappointing because it worked great to schedule fitness classes on my old phone, but now cannot complete log-in.

Awful. Over the last two weeks the booking service doesn't work so not only can clients no longer book a class but I can't either. Not worth the amount of time taken to try to rectify the situation. Website paid in advance yet I am now going to have to pay for an alternative booking provider. And off course zero chance of getting a human response to get help. Not happy.

I'm trying to get it to switch to standard time from daylight savings time. It wants me to scan a QR code. When I do it tells me I have to get a code from my gym. I don't go to a gym. Looks like it's unusable.

I use the app to book sessions at my yoga studio. After the booking flow there is a button to add an event in the calendar but it doesn't work. However The button deep in settings, on the bookings list work . On another topic, there is a form that asks us what we think of the app. If we say that it could be better a form shows asking us what is our feedback. But after filling that input there is no way to submit that text. So yeah, I do not recommend. Using the web version works more reliably.

If I cancel an appointment and try to reschedule it, I don't get that initial credit back. It's lost forever. Also, a subscription will only renew at the same time you initially ordered it. So my initial order was later in the evening, but now I've been unable to make new appointments on the 1st of a new month because I don't get new credits until later that night. There's no way to either adjust this, or cancel the subscription and reorder it.

Becoming very buggy. Add to Calender button no longer works. The app popped up with a "how are you finding the app" prompt with two options, *loving it* or *not so much", clicking the second option presents a form to provide feedback but no "Send" button!! Do the developers actually test this app anymore??
