There are just so many weird design choices in this app, it's not completely unusable but it's hard to recommend over something like Fandango. Here are just a couple strange choices: Inaccessible text on the date picker for showtimes (yellow on white) with numbers instead of days When entering your birthdate for account creation you get a calendar modal that starts Today and I had to scroll back 40 years manually! You can't just enter the date... wth. It's also just disjointed and modal heavy

Crashes as soon as you open the "theaters" tab. Super inconvenient and looks like it's been an unresolved problem for months. Landmark I hope you are reading this! Also it's really annoying that there doesn't seem to be a way to save a form of payment on the app so you need to enter your card number every time. Every other theater and ticket app allows you to save a form of payment. Fix these issues, Landmark!!!

I don't know why these apps are created. Most of the time they don't work. I wanted to see a movie and there are no times. When I went to the theater in person 2 months ago, they seem to have a schedule of movies taped on a window. In the old days they also had a their schedule on hard copy and you can take one home. Landmark should follow the New Beverly Cinema example. They give all the info that you need and all you have to do is download their schedule. Very simple.

This app really sucks! Been a member to Landmark Theatres since August 22, 2023 and can't even have a login page that actually work. On September 2nd or 3rd I purchased tickets online for a Retro Show and thought I was actually signed in only to charge for $4.00 and something for some stupid service fee. I am done with inconsistent Apps. Will just buy my tickets at the Landmark Theatre and Uninstaller the App. Users, do not download this App. It is worthless!

Crashes as soon as i get to the Theatres tab. Not mentioning there is no account log in and save purchase info tab (at least I haven't found it in the last 5 minutes in and out of the app). Please learn from competitor and invest some money in this, especially if you gonna close all kiosks at the locations.

I pay a monthly charge for Landmark Extras. It can't locate me, doesn't show me the movies in my area (but did show me movies playing 1200 km away...?), and when l logged in on my laptop to my account and bought a movie ticket did not show that l had purchased anything on this utterly useless app.

Awful app. Doesn't remember tickets requiring two entries. Doesn't recognize stores payment. Requires two entries of email, does not remember loyalty name or number. Pretty much the worst app for all movie sites
