I paid for this app and it did not work to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iOS. To use the app, you need a data cable to connect the two phones and after trying 10+ cables, some of which are verified data cables that I can connect with other devices, it did not work. The app links you to a Windows app (which sucks if you don't have a Windows laptop) and the Mac app is another paid service. All in all sucks.

This app is misleading. It implies that you can transfer text messages like the desktop app just for a single phone (instead of any set of phones on the desktop app). However, that's not the case so if you're looking to transfer text messages keep looking. I especially disappointed since using the "phone transfer" feature required a subscription and so that's money down the drain.

Big fail...confusing interface. One could almost argue that the application is designed to trick you into thinking it does file transfer when it actually does nothing. Biggest example is the initiation of file transfer is supposed to begin with a QR code. The QR code does not show up on its own and after looking through the entire app there is no readily accessible way to generate a QR code; now, it may be buried somewhere in the UI, but good luck finding it.

Paid to xfer everything, including apps and app data, from old Android to new (over WiFi). Battery saver was disabled, but app constantly disconnected. Finally got a steady connection and, after hours of waiting, it announced 100 percent complete, but was stuck transferring photos. After another hour, I aborted, then attempted to resume. Still stuck on photos. Aborted the entire process and checked the new phone to see what was transferred. Not one single app went over.

Doesn't work for iPhone/Android transfer - Unless MAYBE if you want to purchase two subscriptions... The email support also does not read your messages and just sends pre-written responses that likely do not help. This app might work if you are transferring to and from Android devices. Abysmal customer service. I ended up using the Samsung Switch app already on my new Android and a corded connection to get my photos and videos from my old phone and that worked great and was FREE.

Simply wouldn't work. I paid $10 for nothing. Then I paid another $30 for PC MobileTrans app. It says that is available as a free version, but despite numerous attempts to get the process started as FREE TRIAL (and I only needed the transfer of items connected with the FREE offering), it would not start. Scammy practices.

Purchased both the Mac OS and Google Play versions of MobileTrans in attempt to transfer my SMS and WhatsApp messages from my Pixel 6 to iPhone 13. After hours of repeated attempts, additional hours of reading support docs, etc. all attempts to transfer either WhatsApp or SMS messages failed. I was turning the Pixel in for a trade-in so I was on a time crunch. I requested a refund for both or one of the products and was told that unless I could prove it didn't work they wouldn't be able to help.

With this app, u have to pay first before using it. It's hard finding cust support. I wasn't able to connect my Samsung PHONE TO MY ONE PLUS PHONE TO TRANSFER MY DATA OVER SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CONTACT ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I'M not happy with this. ( Added: I have been charged twice of $9.99. so pls refund me both amounts of $9.99 + $9.99.!!. The email below doesn't work when I tried it yesterday. I don't have a way to get in touch with you to send the attachments.)..
