Won't connect. It's pretty self-explanatory, there is no earbud code to connect the device to the system so they can't even use this app, if you would fix it then you would be one of the best apps that actually picks up translation over earphones while gaming however it failed at working after 2 days. Then would connect but could not connect to translating due to needing an "earbud code" which is not on the papers, pamphlet nor case. The scan code on setup instructions is literally irrelevant.

When paired with the M3, the translation was good but more than 0.5 secs behind the conversation, more like 6 secs.. but better to understand than not. One bit of feedback for the app, it would be good to be able to do free talk mode with a single directional translation mode. ie. Instead of trying to translate both directions in the one set of earphones, i'd love to have a mode where it just translates a specific language selected to my language only. (and not translate my language)

paired with my android phone, it picks up some words but most of the time it's incorrect. the sound doesn't work, and even my wife from China doesn't understand why "Wo ai no" gets picked up as "Whiny". Going to return and get my money back and just use Google Translate

Garbage. The device states it powers on and says and is in pairing mode but will not be found. I was not able to use the app because the product never connected.

It seems to me this app is unfinished. I purchased the earbuds with lifetime offline translation. When everything arrived, I downloaded the software and redeemed the lifetime card. Even downloaded the language. Now when I try and use offline mode, I'm prompted to download again, even though the software at the top of the screen says I have a valid offline already installed. I even tried the forever card a second time to be told it was already redeemed.

When I scan the Google app code in manual, it says only available on Apple. Having an Android I instead search WasTrans on Google app store and found it, downloaded. Trying to create account, it says "bad network" (when my network is 50mb. I pair first (not according to instructions) but still says bad network. Phone is on internet, device is paired to phone, what do I do? I am thinking if this many problems setting up, I should return product. Doesn't seem ready for real. Customers.

Well thus far there appears to be all kinds of options except a make device work option. I was able to download the app and my phone which is android seems to have paired with device and all seems to be good but me mexican girlfriend has an apple phone with an internet connection right now because she can pull up google and search the internet but as far as getting the app working or the device working it says no internet connection. I expected this to not work. No language choice also.

I found the app to work quite well. And many thanks to the developers for NOT censoring everything! I imagine if the censorship on your phone is turned on, then it might be censored in the app, but that's on the individual, NOT the app. My only complaint about the app is that it doesn't have a dark mode. Pain caused by, or made much worse by, a bright background, is a very real disability... Please add a dark mode in the future. Other than that, nicely done!
