PestPac Mobile Version 3 is a native application that increases technician productivity in the field, improves customer experience, and reduces administrative time in the office. This app features enhanced offline functionality, including device scanning and printing.

App works as it should 95% of the time. The other 5% is a reminder that nothing is perfect, and it's truly a 1st world problem. There are some inconsistencies with the program that are more concerning than the function of the app. At the start, there was a bit of a learning curve, but basically, straight forward to use if the desktop dashboard is set up correctly. This works very well, making me question the technical abilities of the users giving lower ratings. Thanks for reading!

Two things that I believe this app really needs. One is biometric sign in. The second is the little eye to see your password as you're putting it in.

This app is decent, but definitely has some annoying issues. The app used to be very consistent with scanning barcodes, the first time almost every time. Since the last two updates, scanning went from near perfection to frustrating. The barcodes will scan completely wrong, sometimes with letters, symbols, wrong numbers or missing numbers. It went from missing a scan once a month to ten a day, where you constantly are backing out of the new device screen to rescan the barcode again.

absolutely terrible app. crashes all the time. have to hit the circle perfect to select chemical or it will crash. Update: they fixed the app crashing when you don't press the circle perfectly for chemical. But now while in notes you can't scroll up or down! If it's not one thing it's another. If I can give a 1/2 a star vs. a 1 star I would. Garbage. Update: Now its Tuesday and still having the same problem. Was told in comment that it will be resolved by Monday. Broken promises!

I always have problems pairing my scanner to the blue tooth. It logs me out at random times. I think I will always have problems with this and constantly be behind in work because of it...... having issues with crashing lately this app isnt socket scanner 800 friendly at all. When I pair it i have to uninstall, reinstall, and unpaired all my bluetooth devices to get it to pair. it doesn't happen everyday but it just gets old is there anyway you guys can fix these bugs please. I have a galaxy s7.

The company I work for uses this crap. Sentricon stations have to be scanned 3 or 4 times before it changes to the right station scanned. To connect the station detector should be an easier process. bluetooth connect works 1 of the 3 times u try to connect. Also, its dumb to ask a tech to identify which termite species it is when a station is hit with termites. We are not in a lab under a microscope. We are in the field replacing bait. Needs to be simple and easier to navigate

Okay... From a technicians side in the field the app does what it's supposed to. However, I do a lot of inspections and have to upload a ton of photos to each job. This app makes you upload 1 at a time naming each individual photo which can be very time consuming. Other apps like jobber and gorilla desk allow you to take photos on your phone, then upload all the photos at once. This feature would help tremendously.

i use this for work, and it really went to hell from 2 to 3. When you were in a job , you use to be able to swipe left and right to the next one. thats gone now and very much a pain. the battery drains really fast now, this was never a big issue, or not nearly as bad. you have added some neat feature and such, but my entire company hates the new look and cant believe someone thought this was better. give us at least an option so it can be viewed as before, and return old features such as swiping
