Developers ...you need to understand this app is used for critical infrastructure events. sinse last few days..i missed almost every single alert as there is no sound for notifications. No option to modify sound settings in the app. I am uisng samsung s10+. My company paying lot of money for your product and service. If this thing does not help in receiving alerts then no point using xmatters.

The least user friendly app for on-calls. Basically cannot do anything via the phone, and everytime I have to open my laptop. For example missing alert views, unable to filter Alerts under Reports, so I see all alerts without the possibility to filter them..Not to mention the schedule, I basically have no idea when I am on duty and when not. Why there can't be single calendar with marked rotations..

The app was working fine until 2 days ago (20th March) . Now I still get notifications but when I try to open them, or try to open the app at all, it does not start. No progress at all, just a white screen which closes, or even nothing. Uninstall/re-install tried. Feedback sent. App v2.15.0. Samsung S8+ (SM-G955F) running Samsung One UI v.1.0, Android OS v.9. *Update* 1 day later the app started working again with no further remedial action taken.

I have lost the ability to select the xMatters notification of my choice. I had one that would wake me up and as soon as I heard it I knew it was a ticket. The app now uses my phone's default notification tone. I'm on Android 9. Took a peek at my coworker's iPhone and he can still select the tone. Really glad I still have a pager and really bummed about the change. ***Got it, thank you!! Tapping on the event level itself was not intuitive to me. I appreciate the follow up.***

Buggy and not brilliantly thought out. No guided setup when installed ('xMatters wants to disable all battery restrictions') Can override system sound settings. If the sound is off though it just vibrates so can't really?! No app control from the xMatters portal, which would be amazing. There isn't even alarm persistence Notifi should be ringtones. Exciting solution but your Android App just ruins it. Have a look at Opsgenie. Your solution is better but their mobile app works.

Unclear how to find history of pages so acknowledging a page makes it disappear and the information is unavailable. Also, if something happens to the app that logs you out, the app doesn't push a notification that this occurred so it's easy to miss pages. A fairly critical flaw for an on-call app.

Notifications are significantly less functional than on earlier versions of Android. The UI to select a notification sound is very unintuitive and confusing, and so I keep missing or almost missing pages. Edit - I believe that part of what I was complaining about is actually a system UI so I apologise for that.

No longer receive audio alerts on Android 9 with new version. I get the pop-up but no alerts sounds. The help online shows the flow for Android 8 but this has changed in 9. As the entire point of the app is to be alerted, the app is pretty useless this way.
