I used this app a couple of times with a 2024 MT07, the "connectivity" offers nothing good. NOTHING. There is so much potential in this, and the screen on MT07 can literally only show that you have a missed call or a misread message... Some connectivity 😂 It drains the battery like mad, it doesn't stay connected to the bike, it doesn't automatically record the rides... It's such a chore to turn on the app and manually connect to the bike every time, then manually enable the ride recording...

Edit #7 (20241128): now the app can follow the ride (an improvement over the previous set of bugs 🙄) *BUT* now the total distance and time riden are COMPLETELY wrong — a 40+ km ride shows as 2.8 kms, taking a ridiculous 21 minutes (my bike isn't this fast, unfortunately). Also, the route taken sometimes doesn't reflect correctly on the map: 2 or 3 straight lines between start and finish as if I were flying, not riding on roads... 😑

It would be nice if it worked... currently in extremely disappointing, a disaster. It continuously loses connectivity with the bike, and even when it does work, it doesn't save the rides... completely useless. 0 stars. REPLY: I did contact support more than a month and a half ago, and nobody replied.

It WAS good until I upgraded my phone to Samsung S24 ultra. Now the phone will NOT connect to the app, and all the phone settings on the app have been removed. Now it's just a waste of time to have on my phone. I DID do the "contact us" link in the app 3 times - still waiting for a reply 2 months on!

Android 14, using app update 4.3.0. (1053). There is bug in SW. When screen is locked app stops recording and when I unlock all app is gray so I have to close it and than offers to save the ride but the time screen was locked nothing is recorded. And i check permission for app and permission to work in background is ON. I tried more times but every time is the same😔

I like this app and all the features it has. The problem is this app freezes up if use the camera feature or if the screen gets minimized or anything. It leaves the finished ride button greyed out and only option to cancel ride .. Plus the edit bike screen freezes also

Works... kind of, but not really. It's buggy and innacurate. The my bikes screen always freezes and I have to close the app and reopen. After successfully recording a trip, it said my top speed was 104km/h and my peak acceleration was 145m/s. That's 0-100km/h in 0.19 seconds on an R3? Analysing the gpx data in a different app reveals actual top speed was 120.7km/h and peak acceleration about 2.09m/s

Recently none of my rides show Accel, decel, or lean angles. It used to every time, now it never happens. App has been updated a couple times lately. Still no improvement. When I end a ride all the data is there. When I name it and it saves the ride, poof data disappeared. Pixel 7 on Verizon network....NOW it won't even save the ride at all. No map, nothing...
