It doesn't even keep you signed in so any time you'd expect a push notification for something like a water shutdown, you just won't get notified at all. I stay signed in for maybe a week and then it'll tell me that I've been logged out "due to inactivity". What's the point of having an app almost strictly for notifications of important notices if the notifications can't be sent because it logs me out in a short period of time?

Error when logging in "Attention We are unable to verify the certificate of the site you are connecting to". Reinstalling the app doesn't fix it. The certificate error fixed in version 24.6.1 but it takes 20 seconds to load after logging in. From 3 stars to 1 star because push notifications aren't working and app performance is poor.

Assuming my maintenance request is received, this app is much more convenient than a hand written form. The announcements are nice too, it's useful to see if the fire alarm is a drill or not while it's going off.
