I was very happy at the beginning (August 2024) until I was asked to update the app which I did and now find I can no longer access the app. Can't get past the "go to set up" as I do not have a choice of autostart on my Samsung phone. I then chose "ignore " on the first page but cannot select gender. So, can't access the app. The watch was still working without the app until I tried changing the time on the watch and now have factory settings so nothing works without the app. So frustrating!

It's an ok app, but it's can do a lot better. And it really pisses me off that I bought this watch., but I didn't know that app is so under developed. Like for one, you could add different widgets for the customized watch face. Like being able to change the face of the app, and also seeing how much calories I have burned or how much steps I have took. And maybe you could add widgets to add on my phone and also being able to see steps on your phone screen

Overall a good app. It connects to my wach seamlessly, and it displays accurate information. There are some things I don't like about the app though: -You can't customize the wach very well, and there are only a few to pick from. -Cannot get app notifications I can get messages from WhatsApp, but not from other apps.

Nah, first of all why is customisation only for the pic and not the icons? Secondly, the heart rate monitor is such horesh!t because when I am at the gym and lifting weights, sometimes watch would say my heart rate is as high as 156 which I know for a fact ain't no shot that BPM is possible... I'D BE DEAD WITH THAT HEART RATE! 😂 😭 Also, the connection between watch and phone is still trash because sync will be dropped and I'd have to fw my bluetooth to fix that. Goofy ahhh app.

App constantly disconnects watch from phone. I have to open the app, re-sync the watch constantly. Never had an issue with other watch apps. My Bluetooth is on and the watch is always near my phone so that's not the issue. Update: app is getting worse. Watch is constantly getting disconnected. App did some update and it's even worse now. My watch is only good for telling time because it's always disconnected and doesn't receive any notifications. Wish I could rate it less than 1 star

Fairly happy with it over all, but I'd like more control over personalisation, like choosing what information is displayed on any particular watch face, colours, positioning etc. I would like to use some of the watch faces but they're too plain! So being able to customise those would be great.

This app works with a watch ⅒ the price of my previous but far more function. Downloaded a watch face that just looks like an analog watch, but with my steps where "quartz" normally is. Watch warns when heart rate is dangerous. Over 100 exercise types on app. Vital signs monitoring history. I denied it access to all media, camera, phone calls & messaging but all are available. Powerful app, but 2* because I have to switch my watch off to stop sound alternating between phone and watch.

It's the app for a suspiciously cheap watch ($30 claiming the same capabilities as $300 watches), so expect to get what you pay for. It requires frequent trouble shooting with poor translations. Steps tracking: not terrible, probably around 80-90% accurate. Sleep tracking: probably good? It doesn't explain what deep vs light sleep is, but I like that it seems to nail when I go to bed and wake up. It doesn't talk to Google Fit Data collection: dear God this app is absolutely spying on you.
