The app worked fine until the most recent version, and now it just crashes when you open it. I found the last version 2.6.3, and it still had problems, so I went back to 2.6.1, and all was fine again. January 2025, it's still broken and having the same problem it did, crashes right away, and can't even open the app. I guess I'll stay with 2.6.1

1. On the next update, please add the functionality whereby the watch vibrates when it is disconnected. It will be good reminder if I left the phone behind by accident. 2. If possible through an update, please fix the heart rate sensor, it's not accurate 3. I'm using a wave 1 fitness tracker, an option to view weather on it would be nice (it can receive the weather from the phone. 4. Why is the Gps always on, it drains a lot of battery, I know it requires gps for the first connection.

This is an absolutely terrible app. It has broken English, no useful settings, and barely works. It's unintuitive, has no proper instructions, and it's impossible to use. It doesn't record any useful data about my fitness or my heart rate. When I record my heart rate, it beeps every few seconds and I have no option to turn off the beeps. It obnoxiously requests for a million phone permissions, constantly, without notification or explanation. 0/10 would not recommend. Needs a complete overhaul.

Connected first time when no other app would. But that's more about the band not adhering to standards. And no way to turn off the annoying beeping when it's recording heart rate. Why does it need to beep with every update, every few seconds. so annoying and unnecessary that I no longer use the heart rate function. Recommend you buy a different band so you aren't stuck with this rather poor app.

Please fix this app. It is still not working. This app worked fine until the last update. Now I can not sync the band with the app. And it does a lot of other whacky things including displaying a charging icon when the battery is NOT charging as I noted in my feed back several times. Please fix this and I will certainly change my rating.

It's been a while since I got another cheap band that uses this app. I can see that it has indeed improved, but still only worth 2 stars as the three pathetic "alarms" would ONLY vibrate 15 times and THAT'S IT!!? Have used other similar app that allows user to set as many as 10 alarms with snooze option. Well, I guess one can't ask for so much with such cheap bands?

Worn it regularly for 2 weeks... Does NOT keep an accurate step count(my girlfriend has a different brand, so I know 100% it's inaccurate). Sleep timing is way off. While it charges, it counts that as you sleeping. It considers you sleeping if you're in the vicinity where you sleep and are not moving. But, heart rate monitor seems accurate. Since installing the app, my phone has been acting up. Screen goes black and freezes. I have close out my apps and re-open them. And now, I get pop-up ads!

This is such a hard device to navigate. When I finally got it to record my steps it did well for about 15 steps. After downloading the App, which was a chore in itself, I had to 'get captcha' several times and then everytime after that which takes a minute countdown. I had to go thru that every time I opened the app. Horrible. When I finally thought I had it figured out, wrong. It wanted another code. I can't wait to return it, but I'll never get my time back.
