I have only just downloaded the app and begun the setup process. The path that the app encouraged me to take was spot on, very much suits my personality, and keeps me engaged. I struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD-C. I have great difficulties with sleep, motivation, low mood, and introversion. (Despite being a very social person.) I will post an updated review as I go along. As a first time, day one user: very impressed, very satisfied, and looking forward to utilizing the app.

I've tried a ton of mental health apps, and this is the first one that's ever clicked for me. It's gentle, kind, and supportive, with all kinds of options, from an AI cat you can talk to (who will actually give you advice that doesn't make you feel worse) to coaching podcasts to breathing exercises to canned responses to texts and emails for when you just don't have anything to give. It's extra helpful for ADHD-ASD issues. It's got some glitches, but they'll be worked out in time, I'm sure. :)

I love the idea of this app and the features I could get to work were great, but there are a ton of bugs that make trying to move through exercises impossible. It takes forever to load, isn't responsive, and doesn't save progress. If the bugs get worked out, I'd definitely try it again.

I love Shmoody and bought lifetime access. It has become my #1 mental health app. However, one thing bothers me a lot. Sometimes, when creating a habit, when I swipe downwards to go up, it closes out of the screen, and all my work is gone. It's happened a few times now and does bother me.

The app genuinely seems very well built and the AI gave me good suggestions when I asked for advice, but I got like four advertisements for the subscription service in addition to the AI offering it multiple times. Feels like most features are subscription locked when I looked around. I understand that these things cost money to keep up and running but I would prefer not to be advertised to constantly when just trying to use what should be basic features. If you can't pay, look somewhere else.

Some of these features are unique and helpful, particularly the message responder for when you're overwhelmed. The AI chat is a bit shallow but still a good cheerleader. I don't love the goal setting stuff, but that's okay. I have other ways to do that. Overall it's cheerful and fun!

The app prompts you, after install, to complete a lengthy questionaire then will not let you go any further without commiting to a subscription trial. Essentially you cannot use this application without providing them payment information. Couple that with the many reviews regarding how difficult it is to cancel a subscription, makes me feel like this app is a money grab.

I feel bamboozled!!! The app said there was a free trial but I've already been charged for premium and it hasn't even been 24 hours. The app is glitching. From what I have seen, I don't think this app is even for me. I can't find a way to get a refund because the app crashes every time I open it. Yesterday, it worked fine. Buyer beware!!!
