I had to allow sim data usage and allow location on app and I had to set up an account with info from my registration like vin, model and year. My Jeep model was listed on their list, and I could only use the first test engine function which showed my Jeep was in 100% condition as should be, since I already took it to a shop.

Does not connect to my obd device, it says there is no obd but my Bluetooth shows its there, can't connect to it via Bluetooth cuz it requires a 4 digit pin Edit: it won't connection via the app, it doesn't even show up on the app, vehicle was started and it was plugged in, I know it's not an issue with the vehicle because other obd devices work just not this one, I talked about the Bluetooth because that was my only other option to try and get it to work

App does not connect via ELM327 purchased. This app is what was recommended on the unit in packaging label on box. I have tried 3 cars and a few other apps. Car Scanner app does work and well. YMOBD app will not connect. It keeps searching and never connects to the car.

It's connected to the obd 2 port, it's displaying the battery voltage but it shows error that it can't connect to the vehicle, I checked with my mechanics scanner, there is no fault in the car. It's an old Hyundai.

Not only does it not work, it also collects your personal data. It takes your name, phone number, email, location, and has the potential to scan files off the phone. Do NOT install this APP!

Won't connect at all. response to developer; I did try all that you suggested, and more. The red power light comes on, but only when I first install it, then eventually goes to sleep without ever connecting to anything, including the app. I have two other scanners that work just fine, as well as a second phone with the same results. As my return window closed a few days ago, you have a chance to remedy this. I will be more than happy to give 5 stars..... When it works.

Ive tried it on my ford bantum 2006 model it shows connected but its not comunicating with the ecu and keeps on showing conecting but nothing happens so would like to know is the app outdated or whats going on did i just waste my time and money on this elm 327

The device doesn't respond even when the vehicle is started, tried it more than four times, it just won't show the light to show responsiveness🤦 just a waste of money
