Pure frustration and uselessness. Re: The app is slow. The app logs me out every other day. It's almost impossible to setup anything there, either it fails or it's not there or it points to a web. The widgets for data/call consumption do not work. The data/call consumption is not on one page, it takes 2 minutes to get such info. The account managenent is terrible, all I need is to display the data/call consumption on kids phones without them being able to purchase or change something.

The Worst Operator which i have experienced in the last 20 years. Application sucks, Calling service absolutely bad (czech speaking operator said to me that English speaking operator will call me NEXT DAY!!!!!) at The service center operator said to me that in one hour application would work properly (because he did something) i moved to another city where aren't vodafone offices and of course App isn't working!!!! I've texted them on Facebook also and waiting for their reply, THE WORST SERVICE

Most horrible app to log in. Never works and always need to change password. It was working fine with biometric login and simple password but somebody came up with the ingenious idea to change that. Never understand why companies keep on changing stuff that works. Pity I cannot give a zero stars.

Internet provider with the slowest app. Every click takes 5 seconds to load the next page (and yeah, the app just loads web pages most of the time, sometimes unsuccessfully). You can't really do/change anything in the app. Most of the things just fail or take too long that you just give up. Sometimes it feels like it's intentional. Payment and useless "partner offers" work fine though. Upd: after the last update, to top up my phone I need to enter the phone number manually.

I hate that I am forced by Vodafone to use an app instead of just receiving an email with monthly payment instructions in qr code. In the future it is a reason for me to choose another operator. It feels very shady and forced. Edit: today out of nowhere they cancelled my services. No contact includes. Cannot log into app. On web there is no contact. I need the internet for work, quite urgent. I'll have to go to a shop and ask them if they can call their support. Please bring back call centers...

It is amazing how this app is only getting worse over years. It is slow, glitchy and faulty. People who wrote this app and signed acceptance testing must be fired (if not yet done). New app must be created from scratch instead of this nonsense. Vodafone prepaid services are expensive but you get almost nothing comparing to similar services in other countries and even with foreign branches of vodafone. When this app glitched during email account creation, I called to support and got charged.

Never work fluent... Need to sign in 2-3 times and then give up. So for better explanation to the developers, after sign in successfully, it's restart and need to sign in again, and again... Sorry, never worked well for me. Hopefully it's clear now it's not my mistake.

To sign in it requires biometric sign in, phone number and pin, mail and second password and after that you are sent an SMS code that you need to enter. After all that it usually fails and you have to do it again. Tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work
