It has very short life. First one broke in just one year. I ordered two more and both broke one by one in about less than a year each. Customer service is horrible. It is through app only and they will keep repeating same questions like what flour, what oil and send pictures etc. never fixed any thing. shipping is too costly. First one stopped heating, second one the upper hot plate fell down lose, third one is not getting enough water for the dough. Too costly to buy any more.

Worst kind of app for such premium product - 1. support people keep on asking for pictures but app does not support it. Have to send it via mail. 2. Video call function never worked, always had to switch to google meet. 2. No notification or popup when support people responds. Also they respond in 5-10 minutes sometimes in several hours but expect us to respond immediately. And keep on crashing with android suggesting that it's sucking battery.

This app does not work for anything! The app tries to have a fancy UI animations. Not needed at all! We just need basic functionality to setup the machine and chat for troubleshooting. For example, the hamburger menu on the left does not open up most of the times when I click on the breadcrum. If it opens up, nothing happens most of the time when I click on any option.

This has to be one of the worst app on Playstore. Please hire better software engineers and go back to the drawing board. Also try to configure another rotimatic with the same account and see and fix the bugs that happen. Such a fine machine paired with such a horrible app. I used to have an old rotimatic which I sold few years ago. Now my app is having hard time connecting to the new machine. Even after connection, it is showing the old machine number in settings.

4.5 stars for the Rotimatic machine (a life saver). But the app clearly needs a lot of work. Connecting to support is easy and accessible, however, folks at the support center are typically what you would encounter at a call center (you will have to explain the same thing to multiple people who call or chat with you). App connection is mandatory otherwise Rotimatic asks for the connection everytime, which is annoying. App is pretty much useless other than easy to chat with support team. Unless there is a app feature allowing remote startup of rotimatic, I don't see a use if app.

app is okay, but the product is not. make sure you purchase an extended warranty without fail to have an option to use this machine beyond 1 year. the real wear and tear (for pans, kicker, other moving parts) start showing up after 1 year where you'd need the real technical support (mostly replacement or fox + wait for 4-5 weeks). but in anycase consider that you are spending about 1000 bucks for 2 to 3 years and then you will have to buy it again as the machine doesnt last beyond that.

I am going to guess that you are using Shopify platform. Login authentication is a complete mess on the app as well as on the browser. App has my default currency as Canadian dollars and when I change that to USD, cart empties out. I changed my pass and thereafter shopping cart checkout was not taking the recently changes pass. Waited for several hours and trying to use PC browser and once again issue with log in. I know my pass is correct because it is saved in password manager. Waste of time.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS WORTHLESS APP! It does NOTHING useful. You cannot program or control your machine with it. It only contains videos you can get on YouTube, recipes you can get online, and chat to the worst technical support EVER. The app does not connect to WiFi properly. Days wasted with clueless tech support that does not understand English and have literally nothing sensible to say. THEN you learn the app does NOTHING useful. It's like Zimplistic wants to purposely waste your time! Frustrating.
