The APP needs the read_call_log, read SMS and write SMS permissions, and you can dismiss or refuse those permissions at any time. Can't quick chat a reply after setting up the option for it. Battery on the watch has to be charged at least once a day, sometimes two, depending on how active I am that day. I'm not a big fan of this watch or the application. Won't allow to use military time, which I need for work and other things. Can't check the weather even though it has the feature for it. Setting up was easy, and that's why I gave it a 2 star. Wouldn't recommend this watch to anyone.

I like this app. The app is awesome! It used to not sync to Google fit, but it now syncs to the new system for health tracking for Google. One thing that occurred with the bug fix was the loss of being able to select how often or IF the watch measured HR. This has significantly decreased the life of the battery of the watch. My watch used to last 30 days on 100 charge and now because of this it lasts approximately 12 days. (Could you guys adjust this feature back to what it used to be?)

Not sure what happened recently but the watch will no longer connect to my phone. I've tried rebooting and resetting the watch, reinstalled the app on my phone. Nothing worked. I wasn't entirely impressed with the functionality and accuracy of the watch to begin with but figured it would work for a watch and to see who calling and/or texting without having to reach for my phone when busy. At this point it is just a fancy watch. Don't waste your money.

The watch works really well except for one thing: I can't change the quick responses. It gives me a big white "edit" button that does absolutely nothing. I don't like any of the default responses. Edit the responses was the biggest reason I bought this specific watch.

I have the pro model, battery is great, screen is good, GPS is great, HR tracking is good and it has some great simple smartwatch features.. But i feel like there is a lot lacking too. For example Altitude readings fluctuate wildly between 20-30ft all the time, its super annoying. Sleep data is only tracked through certain time periods. Watchfaces leave a lot to be desired. Also should be able to let timers and stop watches be used in the background. Same with workouts. Hoping for upgrades!

My experience is different than many of these reviews; I have had no issue with the watch or app. Following the directions, I was able to seamlessly sync to the app and begin using this watch, right out of the box. The only reason for the four star review is that I would love to have a Blood Pressure and Oxygen level monitor added. During heavy workouts, especially running, these are extremely important to me. Other than that, I have no complaints.

App does not work at all. Very frustrating when I want to see the difference between days, weeks, months of activity. It paired with the watch but never retrieved the information for my activities. Tried restarting the watch, still didn't work. Tried unpairing to pair again and wouldn't even pair at all. Boo. Update: I had to unpair and reboot the watch. Lost all my data for the month but at least now it seems to be synching. I hope this isn't a thing that I have to do constantly.

Got this watch a week ago. It will give me an average heart rate for the day but not show any tracking of it. Yes even with the auto tracking on. The instruction specifically say that the quick text reply is an option on this watch and it is not. I have absolutely so option to even try from the app, watch, or even regular phone settings.. Sadly this is was a lot of time wasted on trying to figure this specifically stated feature.. (false advertising) 😔
