It says here that no data is collected, but right on installation of the app it says we collect certain data. What else are you keeping from the users?? Edit: Seriously you can't gauge even though I have written it in layman terms? So you're all the same be it through your Email support or this review page! Everything goes right above your head! I can't believe this!!

Very worst app for rider I am working on zomato for every order they deduction 4 rupes per order this called platform fee , why they did this...? They can deduction for their bike rent but they deduction so many times another another name like platform fee, late delivery charge , clients deduction etc They deduction TDs also whyyyyyy...? I really don't like this app but I am obliged to used for my situation

the app just doesn't open at all on time to time I've cleared the catch cleared the data reinstalled it nothing works so turning the bike on and off is so frustrating i got stucked at random places for no reasons at all

Worst aap and worst company always deduction like this only what can i do every time vehicle issue before 1 year it was amazing but now its going into worst direction and i have issue with the hub when you go to the hub to repair the vehicle the they talk misbehavely

My brother gave back the vehicle one and half month back, he is using own vehicle now but still his earnings go in zypp app. It's a scam app please don't use it and loose your hard earned money to them.

Very disappointed after taking their ev bike. Feels like I commited a huge mistake opting for this service. Complete hidden charges and payout not recieved at right time. And when you want to submit the bike back, they will delay the process without any reason saying new rules of the company. Their rules rate cards keep changing as they wish. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this service to anyone.

Don't choose this vehicle .one of the worst vehicle I ever seen .when I took this vehicle every day has repaired.i submitted this vehicle but they are fined for everyday.Trust me
