In app says there is an update but there is none. App often times out without retrieving data. After you have entered a request the app hangs with server error and says to try again later...tried a few times then gave up...zero stars, useless.

App starts and says there's an update, but there isn't one. They claim a response within a few days to things in the app, but nothing to a request in April. This app is clearly abandoned by both the developer and the city.

Could not get it to work. Keeps saying update available, redirects to play store where there is no update. Also, returns an error the moment you try to submit a report.

I've used this app to ask for things to be fixed on roads and in parks, and I've gotten a quick response and repair. Kudos to the app makers and to Mountain View public servants!
