Poor limitations of which department can be sought to file a complaint. Bad GPS locating the address you are standing in front of. Never receive any response once a complaint has been completed. My name and address are available to anyone as the complaintant, not anonymous. Server failures are frequent causing repeated attempts to file a complaint.

Mar 25 21 version is buggy. Does not remember user name or password. Asks if i want the update but there is none. Does not take clear photos.

App has been broken ever since I installed it. When you go to submit a request it just says the server is not responding.

When I open the app it says a new update is available, then takes me to the Play Store, where it doesn't show a pending update
