This app lacks the ability to submit feedback about bug issues. Since the last update you can switch accounts but after you do that you can not check the usage information/data for that account. It locks up and the ability to choose what to do is no responsive. You have to log off and back on to check the information for the other account.

This is dreadful. I do not want this app and I cannot get rid of it. It is like this monster invading my phone. It is an unsecure app and it will steal your privacy and it will not go away. It is a nightmare. Stay away from it . Really. It will not tell you how it invades your privacy until you are already signed up and then you can't get rid of it.

Flathead Electric Coop used to be like a family. Now we have a manager that hates us.! The Board should fire him now!!!! No contact with members when there is a problem. Without notice in the cold if January my power was cut, which left our plumbing to freeze and I had no way to contact 911. I'm 83 if I fall I need the ER units to get me up. When I went to town and called in the outage, the receptionist said there was no outage but did not check to see if they had shut the power off.
