Disappointed. I made payments through the app for over a year. Now the last 2 payments have not gone through because of transposed numbers transmitted to my bank. $60 later and have completely lost trust in this app and will no longer use it.

It worked fine, i liked it. Couldn't log on, called cust service. She deleted all existing info so I could re-enter it. Now it won't accept anything. Who let the coders out unsupervised??? FIX THIS MESS!!! You took an acceptable system, turned it into FUBAR , and you haven't even done the update yet!!!

Been using app for a while and have had no issues. But all of a sudden when trying to look and unbilled usage everything is just blank. All the graphs and such show nothing

Why have an app to monitor your usage ea day if it's not going to work. It has been 4 days and it still doesn't have current usage. We were told your system updates at midnight, clearly it doesn't.

I just wanted to check a reliable power outage report of my area at 4 in the morning and downloaded the power company's official app and for some reason it needs a bunch of information that is unnecessary to look at a power outage report I understand this app has other things that information is only needed for those other things don't make me give you that information unless accessing those specific parts

Yeah I have no problem with the app my average is usually $6 a day then it turns around and I use 101 kilowatts they said that I spent 7.00 dollars then it showed I use 56 kilowatts and they charged me $11 they had a power outage for 8 hours and they charged me for it they said that's what the meter read so they went by with what the meter says so they turn around rip me off for about 40-50 bucks and now I can't make my payment because I'm disabled and I'm waiting on my check , now shutting it o

Not an easy app to navigate. Then half the time even when you do learn your way around, it's full of glitches and lag. App is about as decent as the company...

This app is okay if all you want to do is look at your account. The outage map and reporting outages function is horrible and clumsy if it is working at all.
