This app is rubbish! I haven't been able to top up for the last 2 times! I've been trying to change my password which is literally impossible and tbe chat is never available! I've tried countless times to contact the help centre but it always seems to be down, useless app!

Chat gives no option to chat, it is just a faq. Not responsive - renewal of offer was not immediate. App didnt give me easy option to explain the real problem to someone. ... so as you can see from the developer responses to poor reviews, if your problem is not something that they thought about in the FAQ and you want to explain it to someone, the easiest thing to do is add a negative review here. Then you will get actual contact details and a channel of communication will open.

The latest update is mandatory, so I can't use the app (i.e add credit ) until I update. But my phone runs on Android 8.0.0, and I am unable to download. Reading the other comments, it seems the app only works on later versions of Android. What do the rest of us do?

Sorry but: 1.mandatory update or app not working anymore is not good manners; 2.more and more unnecessary, not privacy friendly, permissions as sms, location, etc.; could be hidden or fake, so why? 3.customer "must" UPD w/o any chance to test the new v. on her device(s); 4.users have to lose time to "manage" all these unbelievable permissions/changes; 5.customers can't trust You anymore; not good for an ISP; advice to use encrypted apps like Signal or Silence for a better privacy.

they were the only one in Italy perfect for foreigners and travellers but now they understand and copied the worst model from other Italians operators and their competitors(money money money).so same bad experience indeed as the Regolamenti UE 2015/2120 e 2016/2286 (RLAH) said the opposite then that. CoopVoce as a whole is a garbage company, yall got the sh!tiest mobile data service. And then there comes the app where if im using mobile data i can log in to see the info but when im using wifi it doesnt let me in at all... Honestly im fed up and readh to change my number to a different one

It been a week that I've been trying to get back my old account but this stupid app wouldn't allow me and I called th costumer service they side they gonna call me back up till now I didn't hear from them and I still can't access this app .
