Very good app from JK Tyre which shows all the details in single app. But very sad to tell that it shows all wrong details. There is no response from the team event hough we raise the complaint. We never expect from a reputed company like JKtyre giving app development to such irresponsible providers.

Useless App. Earlier one was much much better. Not even used atleast for single purpose. You CAN'T ' pay bill, place order, check stock availability, check outstanding, invoice status, offtake status, account statement, invoice history, nothing at all. Can't understand the purpose of this useless appl. Transparency of brand becomes big issue with such thing which is been unable to resolved almost a month. Plz update stock availability option & invoice copies pdf print option for dealers asap.

I wish i could give minus stars. Data are not real time. Outstanding doesnot match from there own sap data. No option to adjust credit note or debit note in payment. No option to select date range for downloading account statement. No scroller bar is there in outstanding to page up and down. When tyre is rejected in claim, it doesnot show the reason. No credit debit notes or advance payment shows in outstanding. Worst app. Better close this app.

Easy to use and to do new orders and their payments. But still there are some features (like how outstanding works and there are some other features too which are just not normal for all sites ) that i dont understand how to use them so please attach documentation for them so we can fully understand the functionality.

Application hangs abruptly as soon as it is opened. This is happening on Samsung F41 device. Disappointed with this annoying bug, which isn't allowing me to access this application. This seems like device specific bug(based on other comments), which is really absurd. Please fix this ASAP

Hello Dev team, The whole app is awesome. UI UX everything is perfect. 2 points are missing that before placing the order user should able to see the material price and another one whether items are available or not. So your total work is zero because of improper management. These points are common even you purchase anything online you are able to see the price. Right ?.

Worst app among all Tyre company apps. We need to clear cache everyday , Uninstall and install it again and again. While order it automatically changes tyre size. Please make it efficient enough to use . We keep sending screen recordings for the same but no use, it is like company wants us to suffer and be beta users for free.

There was a sigh of relief when i saw a pending update today, but to my disappointment nothing changed. The app keeps on loading and loading and loading... The app has not been of any help as of now to place an order or clear payments of pending orders. Even after stable internet connections it is still loading. How can dealers work on such platforms?
