Good app, but it is a replica of all other fastfood chain apps like ranchers, frychicks etc. I do not know why they removed the option to pay via jazzcash/easypaisa or debit through their app and website. Please bring back the option to pay online, otherwise you are willingly telling users to not order from you!

Unprofessional ,it like the app developer does not even bother to fix their repetitive issues it has been over 2 years since i have been ordering from this website and the food is outstanding but the service is quite the opposite every time when a rider arrives to the area of my location and gets lost, lashed , eventhough i usually write the address in comment the customercare still try their best to justify that i didnt or they dont accept payment but biggest prob faced is invalid number issue.

The food quality and quantity are good, and the presentation is also good ..... 4 stars for food but the app working is not satisfactory.. every time to place the order, I have to reinstall the app....

I had good experience using this app , delivery service is good they will deliver your order within hour plus the taste was good, i noticed difference in Quantity like the size of burgers were slightly small but the taste was as it is...

They have completely blasted the online payment ecosystem. The app is not accepting credit card/Jazzcash. The riders are also not accepting EasyPaisa saying that they have strict orders to get cash only. The only thing that makes sense is tax evasion by under-reporting cash sales meanwhile increasing product prices. The classic platter has doubled in price in 3 years, a rate of increase not observed even with multinational brands. No wonder they are expanding so much. FBR needs to audit them.

the best experience with the app... one thing to update here is the payment method on the app. although once chose jazzcash app as a payment method but now there is no payment method except cash... please consider this as a request and add new payment method options

Totally rubbish.... very slow app and not work...because firstly I try again and again for opt but half hour later they send me opt then ...I put in address but this app didnot ok ....
