Worst food app ever (even after Aug 18, 2023 update) & that's no hyperbole. It never remembers credentials, & password reset loops you back to placing an order when using mobile, so forget about collecting rewards. Subway app works every time, & I can collect rewards. I'm done with this hot mess. Y'all have had just over a year to fix this & have done nothing. If y'all are not going to support the app, it would be wise to pull it from Google Play before it does further damage to your brand.

App isn't giving credit of my orders towards rewards. I'm still showing 0/9 large subs after purchasing 2 in separate orders through the app. It also doesn't discount for the sub of the day like you get instore. The coupon for signing up clearly says free chips and drink, but only lets you select one. The store had to fix that themselves. Zero stars. Edit: Still missing my two large sub orders towards rewards in the latest update.

Truly awful app. I didn't even get as far as account creation because as I was making my order, I realized there was no way to add toppings to the base sub. Truly I am impressed at the combination of bad design and bad development that went into creating this monstrous turd of an app. It's unfortunate that it's so bad because the food is quite good.

App simply won't work at all for me. Says there are no restaurants in my city. Kingston Ontario has at least 3 that I know of. Heck, I was sitting in the parking lot for one when I installed the stupid app! No local restaurants, means no ordering, no viewing menu, no deals = no use for the stupid app!.

I just downloaded this app because I have some physical coupons that say they can be submitted into the app printed on them. The app does not have this feature...... It also thinks my local Mr. Sub doesn't exist. Printing lies on and coupons and losing a whole franchise, if I could give zero stars I would. 10/10 Restaurant but 0/10 application.

App is very buggy. Last time could not sign in due to captcha not recognizing that it's checked. Now the app ask me to sign in whenever I close and re-open the app again. Mr. Sub please get some competent app developers, it's very frustrating to support a Canadian brand when even something as simple as staying logged in to order through the app does not work...

Every time I order using this app, I get signed out of my rewards account. Are you doing this on purpose to make it as difficult as possible for your customers to collect rewards? Ordering from this app is a big waste of time too, because it never accepts your card.

Unable to reset password, takes me to order screen (as other people reviewing have had issues with.) App was last updated over a year ago, they obviously don't care that it has so many problems!
