Very Good and Very nice 👍 Hello In the trip request button even though I wasn't able to see what trip we have received it's bug pls rectify due to even showing trip request how can other driven accept it not possible some drives showing some not it's now correct pls look in to that

Worst customer service, 1. our message cannot reach customer care service, 2. We cannot call customer service through app, 3. Support team calling no is switched off, 4. If customer cancelled the trip, driver have to pay the cancellation amount that's really unfair, actually driver supposed to get loss of payment as customer have cancelled trip.. don't install this app.. wast of installing...

The support doesn't answer when I ask to delete my account. Also there is no way to either access your account info and for erase my data and delete my account

Very worrest app there is minimum amount for drivers showing like 160 rs 230 rs for 20 and above kilometres how much time waste and how much fare buses travel purpose it's too worrest

This app is not working properly. When notification will be come. Opening msg it will be taking time Error msg is appearing( NO REQUESTS FOUND)Any Long outstation trips are not able to accept. Same msg will be appearing on screen.( NO REQUEST FOUND). I think this app is operating some one. They are alloting long duties. For their favourable drivers. Yes it's really working for their drivers only not for all. They are Showing Partiality .Plz do not do these type cheap tricks on people. Wrost app

Worst customer service , even we don't have options to cancel the trip, if any cx complaints about the drivers without verifying with the driver they charge from the drivers account. Fraud service , even If you forgot to wear tshirt a single day without confirmation they deducted 50/-. Even if you face any trouble during the trip they are not concerned about that, they will make laugh at that situation. Please don't use this app Drive u is new but far better than this app.

The app is not upto the mark. Cancellation charges should be applicable for both drivers and customers. One main thing that need to be thought very urgently is no waiting charges for drivers!! Why?? If the trip start time is 8:00 am and and after reaching the location in correct time the trip does not start in time as because customers are getting late from their side why should I not get any kind of waiting charge?? After all they are killing my time. Overall many things to be taken in action.

Payment due , specially b2b service Payment delay and cancelation charges are very strange. Rs 120 gets debited any cancelation, if the customer cancels then also you have to pay 100 to 120 fine. Need to beg for credit Payments from d4m. Keep on informing no response from there side. Payment and support is in an uncertain possion, Commission taken by d4m are very uncertain.
