it's cool using this app. Im able track how I consume power daily n the amount of money to pay at the end of the month and I love that my concern is, I have three meters registered in my, but I can't capture one of the meters unto the system for the its bill to be fixed correctly in relation to the reading on the meter. I

Despite numerous updates, the app fails to get precise location even though I have given it all permissions it deserves. It doesn't accept new meter addition always saying error. The most annoying part of it all is that for almost a month I can't submit my meter reading because it doesn't activate camera. I have given all permissions yet it fails. It's now the worst app ever installed on my phone.

I bought credit on 15th September, the money was deducted from the account but it wasn't enough to clear the dept on the meter, I had no idea of the dept so I had to buy credit from a vendor to clear the dept and purchase credit. I received a message saying the money has been refunded to my PowerApp balance and it's almost two months now but it's not yet in. Tried reaching out on the app but no response...

1. Unable to check my balance on the app. 2. After I buy the token with the app, I have to move physically enter the token on the console. The console should be physically close to the meter So no matter how much I buy, I must always be physucally located where the meter is The Ghana water app enables payment remotely....I suggest the developer (ECG app) contacts the developer of GWCL app

I don't understand this app, it doesn't show you your remaining balance or anything and anytime the bring a new update they make it compulsory and without doing the update you can't use the app. The most annoying thing is they bring in new updates every 15 days and the app is still not improving. If they make monthly deductions too they don't indicate. Hmm aahh 😆

For about 2 months now, I haven't been able to use the power up to top up my cloud meter, I always get my unable to establish a connection with a remote meter. Please fix.

I love the app I'll be glad if you're once debited on your momo wallet the prepaid meter will be credited automatically .The short code is so easy to do. It's my simple suggestion that our smart phone can also serve as a remote on our phone to dail the token received using the app. May be if the remote for the meter is faulty or you can't use the meter itself to dail the token numbers. I would love to easily check my balance also. But in all it's very good 😊

Convenience, but I remember one time that I needed to top up as I was almost out and because I had not updated the PowerApp, it kept telling to update then would close ! & Wouldn't allow me to buy credit and kindness had no data connection that day !! when I was almost out of electricity, you can imagine the PANIC! very, very FLAWED design & hope the forfe uodste is SCRAPED
