This is my 3rd edit to my original review.. Please note that I have no issue with the service itself & the app is idiot proof! I still believe it is an excellent idea, the cost is more than reasonable and if they increased the size of the service area they could double the cost and still make a killing without it hurting 95% of the regular riders' pocket books. My issue is with the drivers. 50% hate their jobs, or at least hate getting the Omniride detail. BE NICE, BE PLEASENT PLEASE!!

As I'm writing this I'm walking the side walk thanks to a driver leaving too soon. I watched the driver arrive to the pick up and as soon as I crossed the street he left usually I'm happy with the service this app provides but this has been the 2nd and 3rd time that a driver has left too early. I sometimes have to rely on this app to go home but apparently I have to run to the driver while crossing an active street in order to make it in time.

10 GOOGLE STARS FOR OMNIRIDE/OMNITRANS!!! THEY'RE GREAT!!! They're a tough act to follow, 1st Class all the way!! I've used their service twice & cld'nt ask for anything better! Their transports are really nice & clean!! Drivers are really attentive to the road & ur safety is of the utmost importance!! I was truly lucky to have had Carleena(sp?)#9056 round trip this time! She's Great!! Ppl Please, at least try'em out just once, call'em! U WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! (They have ACCESS also) Ads?

My husband Ronald and myself are one of the first passengers of Omni Ride. Humberto and Berta were our drivers and we are very happy and satisfied with their service. And yesterday, after a couple of months of not taking the Omni Ride , Bill help me get around town and did my errands . Very happy to have Omni Ride in Upland.

They have a few things to work out in the system (pickup point) but they dropped me off across the street from my job last year on the 329 I had a 20 minute walk from the bus stop to my job (which I don't mind) but today I'm 45 minuets early because I wasn't expecting to be taking directly to my job keep up the good work

Not for the app but omnitrans for frequently getting me to work late via the 87 to Amazon LGB3 because they put new drivers without directions and as a result, like yesterday, I was 20 minutes late to work again.

This is great, I love omniride and I can't wait for them to expand it further, hopefully the whole city of San Bernardino 10/10
