The app itself is fine, no problems there. However the service itself is lackluster. The service claims on-demand car rental, however theres no car to rent most of the time. Most users book the car for the whole day, and you'll have to book weeks ahead for any chance to drive. There seems to be only 1 car assigned per station. You have to pay 30€ upfront to use the service, but you won't be able to book any cars. Waste of money and a disappointment in my opinion.

Macht was es soll. Bis jetzt nur einmal Probleme (Tankkarte wurde nicht als eingesteckt erkannt), welche sofort von der Kundenservice Hotline behoben wurden. Super Angebot der Stadt!

Die App hat so ihre Problemchen, aber insgesamt ein gelungenes Carsharing angebot der Stadtwerke.

sofort nach der Eingabe des Passworts ins App, fährt mein ganzes Handy unter und ich kann nichts mit dem app oder dem Smartphone machen. Nicht ideal fur ein App dass Mobilität fördern sollte!
