Update March 2022 Still continues problem. Log on not possible and always redirecting towards admin and system settings. Invoice upload impossible App shows that it has "a technical problem has occurred and a login is currently not possible" once trying to login or register. I deleted and downloaded the app new again. Version 2.29.3. Please advice and provide a tech service contact for trouble shooting. Thanks

It is quite annying that you are logged out at update and username/password is not saved by any password manager and password reset is not easily possible, but you need to wait for a letter or do a NECT authentification. Once the App is running it is alright, but that login behaviour seems to designed to keep people out, so they would not make claims or use services.

they offer you to change English language in the app settings, but 90% of content in the app are hosted on the Web view only in German, and even articles in the app are in German as well. app is almost useless because it can't be translated on-the-go and anyway I have to use desktop website version

After 9mo still same: Even though i can make a picture of claims, Hallesche requires a printed document to add comments. The simple comments from the printed document cannot be an input field in app? Also when there is remarks necessary for Hallesche to understand invoices it cannot be communicated in the app but must be by post? It must be again a paper form? Besides this there is no cross reference between invoices, the app and the bill - which makes it pretty difficult to follow through...

After receiving the codes via post, and updating the pwd, I received an error message like this: "Error (or Technical error". Our technical team will contact you shortly". There was however no email in my inbox or any information that any support team would contact me. I tried to log in again, but it did not work. Meanwhile it is a week, so I tried to find some place to open a ticket, arrived at some Kritik Formular, the link brought me another error notice and back to the log in page. What now?

Finally added English! Thank you. Please do the same for the notifications. I have to use a second device to translate them because you cannot select the text or take a screenshot of a notification.

After a short speed improvement after the app update, I experience again very slow loading and extremely slow or completely unsuccessful uploading or viewing of the documents and receipts. This means that the problem is not client- but server- related. Please fix.

Good intentions but not there yet. Trying to change the login data but functionality is not supported. I can't access invoices and error message recommends me to get in touch with the support team.
