It get blocked or restart continuously. I needed to scan my ID like 15 times and reboot the App like 4 times in the process.

I tryed five times the video call and needed more than an hour for the validation process. One agent even hang up the phone call. The data had to be entered always completely new and from the beginning, even once the process has been completed. At the end nothing worked, no answers from the support and a hotline out of service. A really poor perfomance.

This has got to be one of the most painful app to use. Tried more than 20 times to verify myself in DB flinkster. Are the agents lazy hanging up for no reason? Shady practices at its finest. The app loops all the time asking the same and the same. Agents have practices on hanging up without speaking English. They report that: "camera does not work" to DB Flinkster, which is a complete lie. 4 different browsers, 2 laptops, 1 smartphone and 3 different internet connections

Horrible! They don't speak English and didn't put into consideration that international students / researchers in Germany may not be fluent in Deutsch within days of arrival. I called three times and after showing my passport they just hung up!!!! I just wasted €10 in buying the O2 simcard. It's not worth it!!! Horrible people. I would have opted for zero star rating if it was available.

The service provider is getting pretty good, the videocall for the identification started quickly, and the identification with my ID card went smoothly, a year ago I remember being in a que for like 30mins, but I guess in the personal experience, it may also depend on "for what kind of service you are registering yourself for". It probably also depends on your tech setup, if everything is connected well, you'll have a good time. If you got an old device with a bad camera quality it's tricky.

The app itself is easy to use but the call was really bad. There were probably 4 people talking in the same room an one typing loudly and everything was easier to understand than the person I needed to listen to. In the end he just hung up while I was trying to understand his last question.
Avinoam & Scratchy
Tried to activate my German o2 SIM card. This requires verifying my identity for which o2 recommended using this app. The process failed because the chat operator, whom I saw and heard, simply closed the chat twice, and disabled the access code so the third attempt failed to connect. This is dishonest and these people are trusted with our sensitive documents. Companies are liable for any harm that may befall clients who are forced to use this app. And I lost the 15 EUR I spent on the SIM.

Worst experience ever. Had to use it in order to have my prepaid sim card activated. Video call staff wasn't just impolite - they messed with the data I had entered previously, then blocked further attempts to use video ident. Calling center agent was rude and incompetent, hung up on me and -apparently- didn't answer any calls anymore by anybody.
