SICHERHEIT

Über die TK-Ident-App können Sie auf sensible Gesundheitsdaten, wie beispielsweise Ihre elektronische Patientenakte TK-Safe, zugreifen. Diese Daten haben einen besonders hohen Schutzbedarf und deshalb auch hohe Sicherheitsanforderungen. Damit Sie die App nutzen können, ist eine sichere Identifikation erforderlich. Nutzen Sie dafür einfach die Online-Ausweisfunktion Ihres Personalausweises oder Ihre Gesundheitskarte mit PIN. Wir bitten Sie außerdem, diese Identifikation in regelmäßigen Abständen zu wiederholen.

Unser Sicherheitskonzept für TK-Ident basiert auf strengen gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Um Ihnen ein gutes und sicheres Kundenerlebnis bieten zu können, entwickeln wir unser Konzept stetig weiter.

Actually not as bad as I initially thought after I found out that this app is at least consistent with its "no root" policy. I just reboot without root temporarily when I need to use this app and it works. Other apps refuse to work when your bootloader os unlocked, even if you are not rooted, I already had to RMA my phone when it just broke after a regular update, unlocked I can restore the factory image at least. The functionality is still a worry but so far nothing broke.

Super complex onboarding - I haven't managed to do it. I don't see many people using this unfortunately. It's a shame as having EHR in your phone is a game changer. The UX is simply not happening. Major rethink needed.

Different identification apps which doesn't work at all. I just want to see my e-recipe using the app. Miserable experience, as it is becoming the new normal here. Frustration after many tries, resetting app cache, reinstalling, restarting the phone... They are returning rockets from the sky, you can ask the AI of your phone unimaginable questions but you can't login in your health insurance app... Unbelievable! Unbelievable! Unglaublich! 😡😡😡😡😡

Useless app, Does not recognize my PIN and says incorrect always. Now it blocked and says to reset The app doesn't have gone through rigorous testing before deployment

This is the third app from this insurance provider TK and as a reflection of their services, this app is also indeed useless. Instead of keeping the login with the same credentials as the main app/website they need some additional logon details which are nowhere to found...!! Do not install this app which is basically waste of memory on your device

Worst ever experience. NFC recognition doesn't work. Update: After several tries during an hour with lots of frustration, it finally worked.

Rather basic UI, but card registration worked and it functions correctly as identity provider for my prescription app after clearing its cache and data. Option for device PIN login is available, but not biometrics which is a shame.
