I'm giving this app a rating that's just as good as the help I received when the game didn't pay out twice on two huge wins. Absolutely stellar 😑. Even with screenshots showing it didn't payout they wouldn't help. Deleted the app. I spent money on this app. I was trying to complete an offer from Swagbucks. Can't do that if it doesn't payout! Their answer? A picture too small to read! Then they closed the ticket. Lovely 😍. They didn't even check my chip count to see if the payout reached me. 🙄

If you watch ads and use your coins wisely, you can play everyday. You can't max bet and expect to win. This game is more realistic and not for people who need big wins constantly. I took off a star because it sends you notifications for free stuff but when you open the game, it doesn't give it to you. EDIT: People are saying the game crashes. It doesn't for me. It rarely spins for an extra second but virtually no lag. The people complaining about this have bad Wi-Fi. It's not the games fault.

Just when you thought casino games couldn't get any worse, welcome this garbage. For starters, you have to pay just for the chance to hit a jackpot (you never will), the bonus games take all your winnings, if you get freespins they give you a whopping 4, you can't pass the challenges because there are games that literally will not ever win anything. Graphics are lame, controls are goofy, all around poor game. Don't waste your time, money, or patience.

Good game overall. It's frustrating though when the game conveniently freezes when you get a big win. It doesn't happen everytime but it happens quite a bit. Also it will just skip your reward sometimes. Reached out to support about both and they either can't help me or tell me I've been paid already. Which is not true.

If u like slowly watching yourself lose your balance, this is the game for u. Alot of slots games at least give u the taste of winning, definitely not this one. No matter how much the bet or slot, u have to spin about 20 to 30 times to get a small victory. On top of that it takes an eternity to level up. Uninstalling as soon as i either finish a challenge im doing or balance hits zero (which is likely to happen 1st)

This is the sixth slot machine game I have played extensively. Save your time--it sucks. It runs poorly and you can tell that the developers could have done a MUCH better job. It just looks lazy compared to other apps like it. And, of all of the slot games I've played, this is the one that scams you the most. Believe me, this one just sucks in al aspects--graphics, gameplay, progress marking... All others I've played are vastly superior. Please improve your game!

The game itself is really fun but I have no idea how rewards work or how the support chat even works. Also starting to take up ram. Stopped buying coins and contemplating if I should keep it or free up some room, which would be a shame because I like the game and I made in-app purchases which I only do for apps that I plan on keeping around for a long time.
