If I could give it -5 stars I would. This is a terrible app and wallet. It freezes and crashes during setup(its been an hour). I don't know what the Dev team is doing, but it sure isn't focused on optimizing a stable app. And I wouldn't dare trust sending any crypto to this wallet in its current state. There needs to be some real improvements and updates done here. Update for the developer team..No, im on the latest version of the app on a fresh download. Maybe look into your product.

Hate to give such a low rating but so far this app has been beyond frustrating. Download the app and started to setup a new account and wallet. Everything seemed fine but every screen started getting slower and taking longer to load, eventually just freezing. After 12+ minutes on the same screen I finally closed the app. Takes several minutes for the app to load. I don't know what's going on with it but if it continues then it will be deleted.

This wallet is complete garbage. The "send" button is stuck on a never ending loop and will not allow any transactions to outside wallets. The user experience on this wallet is also garbage. It lags and its extremely glitchy. I've been trying to send 20 dollars out for over 6 hours and it's impossible. If I could give this wallet a ZERO STARS, I WOULD

Worst wallet app I've used over the years. Slowest of the lot, often took 10-15 minutes to load. This could often be corrected by clearing cache and importing the wallet again, but after 3x of this, I got tired. Tried to enable encrypted messaging, non descriptive error repeated. Sent funds, confirmed in one panel but not shown in totals on others. Lost the wallet outright once, imported again. Tried the same app on ios and on newer hardware. Faster (still slow), but still painfully error prone

Some kind of garbage Created an account there because they promised me a few $ reward. Transferred them $2, which 40 days later turned into ¢6. Never received any rewards. Opened the app next time - it wants to update, looses all my local data along the way, wants me to restore it from the cloud, becomes incredibly sluggish. Deleted my account, wiped this garbage from my phone. Thanks, but no thanks.

App is really slow. Finding user is a pain due to how slow the app is. Also, clicks don't register half the time. I'll give it three stars since I only downloaded it for CoinBase free rewards. ***Edit: I'll take back my two stars and leave one. After reading other reviews and others having the same issue plus more. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I gave more stars then I should.

Same issues as A LOT of others. DLed for Coinbase rewards. App is EXTREMELY SLOW! After registering, entering a pin, got to page that says "Don't switch or close apps, Setting up wallet". So I waited... 5, 15, 30min... [1 Hour Later] same screen. I closed the app and reopened it. After SLOW loading, enter login & pw, wait another 2-3min, asks for my pin twice, then wait another 2min then asks to recover wallet using cloud backed or saved keywords. Never got there. Stuck w/ BRICKED ACCOUNT!!

Doesn't work. Just gets stuck indefinitely. Update: the app just updated but it's still just as slow to open as before. After entering the pin it takes many minutes to unlock, if it is even successful at all.
