Sometimes the remote features work sometimes they don't. keep getting error that says to turn on vehicle to reconnect. Un-installed app a few times same thing. The shop never loads. Always get error. When app is open the trusted device notification pops up no less than 5 times dinging each time very annoying. Had zero issues with gmc and chevrolet app.

The slowest app on my phone! It is frustrating to use this app. Car Battery life takes minutes sometimes 5 minutes+ to reflect. Map and charging tab takes time to open. My account and other things which are opened in browser are even slower (mostly because GM website itself is ridiculously slow). Cadillac is supposed be luxury and this app takes all luxury aspects out of it. My bmw 2016 i. e. 8 yrs old app is blazing fast!!!!

Lots of bugs. Sluggish overall, not good for a tool that controls my car. Profile unlock feature almost never works but insultingly notifies me that it unlocked the profile even though I had to do it myself. State of charge update and target take forever to update and you have to keep the app open the whole time r they never complete. Remote actions fail more than succeed. To make them succeed, you have to leave the app open for minutes. I wonder what is going on over there at Cadillac.

Most annoying thing is the persistent notification about the "Trusted Device" service being active. As far as I can tell this does nothing and there is no way to turn the notification off other than to block all notifications from the app which I'd really like to not have to do for fear of missing an important one. Also, the app is super slow to update the charging status of the car and the map only loads half the time (even on a strong WiFi signal). Very disappointed in GM's software team.

App almost never shows the current charge state. I can wait for 10 minutes or more, and still not get an update. Ironically, the map part updated very quickly, within seconds. But charge status? You're lucky to get an update once in 25 (or more!) tries. UPDATE: OK, Jordan, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Getting the current charge state is much quicker now, less than a minute. I'll monitor to make sure it remains that way. Rating was updated from 1 star to 3 stars.

Can NO LONGER sign in with Cadillac App. Sends email with log in verification, it is not accepted and displays error pop-up that can not be read....it is cut off so entire message can not be read. Used to be a good app...useless after update! !!!Update!!!: Had to download "My Chevrolet" app. It signed in and showed all my GM cars.....Cadillac App used to do same...

Slow. I'm hoping PAAK is coming. I had a competitor's EV prior to the Lyriq. Their PAAK abilities weren't perfect, but was quicker connecting and included other features. I was caught away from the car the other night when a rain/ hail storm came through. I left the windows cracked and couldn't get back to the car. I would have been able to simply use the phone app for my old car to raise the windows. Instead, I ended up wiping out the interior. I look forward to an updated app.

This well-intentioned app has good features, but it's lacking when compared to other manufacturers' apps like those from Tesla or BMW. Unfortunately, poor connectivity on OnStar's AT&T network plagues this app making it unreliable, inconsistent, and very slow. It is not what I would expect from a luxury brand like Cadillac.
